Click to report rating    4/25/11 John was a "fixer." I say "fixer" in that if the client would not plead to something rather than try the case, he gave them their money back. I think fear of upsetting the prosecutor had something to do with it. Regretfully, he suffered a stroke at least two years ago and has not recovered enough to appear in court - tragic. RID: 44764
Click to report rating    7/28/07 I had a Federal "Addict in Possession" case which was total BS but I was looking at 5 years in prison. My grandfather's old small caliber rifle that is over a 100 years old. Like an idiot I admitted to some Independence Cops that I smoke weed on a regular basis and they arrested me for this stupid case. Well I didn't have to do anything unpleasant and Quinn still got me house arrest/probation. I am grateful for being treated with respect by an attorney. He expalained everything and would see me on saturdays so i wouldn't miss work. Thanks, G. RID: 5151
Click to report rating    4/3/07 I was interning in the Overland Park area for the summer of 2006. It was my third weekend there and I was unlucky enough to run into a sobriety checkpoint on the way back from the Plaza. Being a visitor to the area I was extremely concerned about what I was going to do about being able to drive since it was so early in the summer. I got in contact with Mr. Quinn and that was the best action I could have ever taken. I met with him and he eased my mind with what may happen. He explained my options and what I should start doing right away. I was required to go to the first hearing but from there on he was able to take care of it. This was a huge help seeing I had to go back to Indiana for college. He was very professional and to the point. I would reccomend him to anyone in need of legal services. I owe Mr. Quinn quite a bit seeing this is my senior year and I am interviewing with companies for full time positions. Thank you again Mr. Quinn. RID: 3379
Click to report rating    3/9/07 He saw us on a saturday to discuss our boys drug case. The big dummy son got caught with a small amount of cocaine/Felony. Eventually Mr. Quinn got the case dismissed. It took almost a year but he was reasurring and would always meet with us when ever we wanted. Ginger. RID: 3135
