My my my, Attorney Seth was amazing during my Divorce. Great attorney, he took heed to my concerns and request. Now after 10+ years of marriage, no child support, no alimony, have 50/50 custody, she kept her bills, I kept mine. Because he poured his heart to ensure he provided a great service. I have priority over my child schools decisions etc. I highly recommend him.

I hired Seth for my divorce. Thousands of dollars later, absolutely nothing had been done. I would have been better off representing myself. Zero empathy.

After many reviews on Lawyers in the Ft. Lauderdale area, I stumbled across many positive reviews on Attorney Seth Schneiderman. I will post that the beginning of this litigation so far has been very professional and I can report that this lawyer is definitely a “go-getter!” But what striked me was in the consultation I admired his ethical and moral values that he placed upon being a lawyer. Your reputation and, hence, your credibility with other lawyers, courts, administrative agencies and others you deal with are obviously enhanced when you choose to handle yourself in such a way, and I don’t know about you, but that is the attorney I want in my corner. I retained Seth for my Paternity and Timesharing matter. Seth was understanding and attentive from day one. He was very responsive to all of my questions. I was able to work out a fair financial settlement and Parenting Plan. I am very satisfied with Seth's services. It was money well spent. Charged me over $12,000.00 for a divorce let it go all the way to trial and then caved at trial because of threat of judge awarding alimoney - could of told me sooner. Didn't appear prepared for trial. Ended up settling in the judge's chambers. Lost the house - had to move in with family, had to give her alimoney for 2 years and my whole 401k to cover the almoney amount, eventhough she works and makes good money. Kept all of the debts acquired during the marriage. The quantifiable damages so far are $94,000.00 (what I owe him, had to pay her, and debts I got stuck with). Not to mention how this has all set me back and how long it will take to recover. By the way, I also proudly pay my child support and did get a lot of time with my kids.

Seth Scneiderman is an awesome attorney! He is well liked and well respected!!! I was referred to him by a prominant attorney in Miami who said "I would not reccommend anyone else" He was right!! Seth is very smart, very nice and is priced right!I won my case because of his hard work, and the fact he is so thorough and prepared. I live out of state and only met Seth once so I was bit un easy at first having most of my case prepared over the phone but Seth is 24-7, gets back to you immediately, and is accessable, honest and smart!!!I finally met Seth the day before my hearing and I was blown away by his knowledge, compassionate approach and his winning attitude. Seth has been in the trenches working on my daughter's case for almost three years and has been very successful at staying one step ahead of the other two attorneys. He has proven to be a great stategist and a bulldog in the courtroom. Among his many attributes is his availability to his clients.Unlike most attorneys, he returns all calls in a timely manner. Seth actually came highly recommended to me by a woman who was on the losing end of a relocation motion which is what I was up against. My ex wanted to relocate with my 3 yr old child to Puerto Rico and it would have completely crushed my world ... my lawyer at the time said my ex was within her every right to do so and I let her go. Once I contacted Seth, he immediately made me feel better about what I was up against. Upon meeting, he heard me out and then guided me every step of the way through 4 days of court and a the sweetest and most important victory of my life! Since then, my ex is on to probably her fifth lawyer while I've stuck with Seth. FELT THIS ATTORNEY HAD TOO MUCH OF A FRIENDSHIP WITH APPOSING COUNSEL,AND THEREFORE DID NOT SINCERELY PROTECT MY INTERESTS AS PART OF THE NEGATIONS, RESULTING IN A FINAL DOCUMENT THAT DID NOT CONTAIN THE PROPER ENFORCEMENTS AND PENALTIES TO MAKE SURE THE BASIC INTENT AND TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT WOULD BE FOLLOWED.however he would definitely be willing to take(lots)more money and file new documents maybe even start a court enforcement action just to try to get the apposing party to follow the original agreement terms that really should have been followed from the get go.
This document should have contained real immediate consequences for not following its intent and terms, without engaging in a new and costly battle to enforce what was already resolved and agreed to. VERY,DISSATISFIED.make sure you pick an attorney that really has your interests and purpose as the sole motivation to a quality and highly enforceable from the very moment it’s first finalized between the apposing parties.

Seth is awesome! He is smart, aggressive and fights for every point. He has done and continues do a great job for me. He helped me with me divorce and with restraining order for my children against my ex wifes boyfriend who hit my son. If you need a great divorce attorney I highly recommend Seth. Specifics cases won: 1.Seth was able to get a protective order for my children against my ex wifes boyfriend because he stuck my son. 2. Seth won when my ex wife took my children's phones away and would not let them call me. 3. Seth won on getting a neutral party to select a therapist for my son(ex wife wanted to pick the therapist her self which was against our divorce settlement agreement). 4. Seth worked on his vacation to get me Fathers day visitation with my children when my ex did not want to have me see them. Seth always returns my calls or emails and has never been late for an appointment/hearing. Great appearance. Well groomed. Quite demeanor masks the pitbull when in court.

Seth Schneiderman is the most amazing attorney practicing divorce law/family law in Florida. I am not able to describe it all in detail, as most of his moves were beyond my comprehension. This Lawyer is ruthless in his pursuit of getting the WIN, rather than telling the truth or presenting truthful evidence in court. We went against this lawyer, in a family law case, and information that was supposed to be forwarded from him to us by order of the court, never was, or was severely delayed. Stay away from this lawyer, he is a detriment to the lawyer pool. Ethics and Professionalism do not fit into his curriculum or methods of practising law. Society and families will be best served when this lawyer is disbarred for his ruthless practices to achieve his ultimate goal of the WIN, at all costs. Being buddies with Judges and the legal system is apparent in his case. We were devastated by the lies and false misrepresentations of the facts in court, knowingly on his part, laughing the whole way through as he did it. It's just appalling that his name is not on this list, and more so disgusting that he is continuing to practice law. Many cases we have read are the same as ours.
