Most judges are fair. Not this one She is awful, terrible , biased,and very prejudiced.

Convicted child ****s have more access to their children than I do. Unsupported, inconsistent, & unchallenged false accusations by the mother outweighed undisputed facts, certified evidence, sworn statements, & testable/verifiable documentation. My lawyers complained about Judge Stovall, who ruled on motions, laws, or rules, to favor the mother. For 3 years, I pleaded to present a case. 3 years of hearings Rule 11's, hundreds of emails, letters, & conversations, Judge Stovall refused to compel the mother to provide discovery or consider over 300, exhibited charges of Contempt of Court. The opposing lawyer deliberately lied to the court & filed false allegations. For over 3 years my daughter's has been left in her mother’s violent & abusive home; convicted aggravated sexual assault felon, disease, criminals, drug abusers, many police visits, a raid, confiscated drug paraphernalia, (meth, cocaine, xanax, etc), drugs & violence at school, burglary(s), vandalism, wrist cutting, daily v

This judge does not have a conscience. She will do whatever her buddies ask of her. She does not look at facts at ALL.

Judge in my divorce - didn't even care to look at evidence that I was abused by an alcoholic husband - and gave him custody of our teenage boys!
