Ms. Magder took on my case, a charge of aggravated assault by VPD/RCMP that included fabricated evidence. Magder ignored my statement regarding events and their background; she ghosted me until the plea; in making the plea she said "guilty not guilty" as if she accidentally misspoke. She declared that I had mental illness without explanation or consultation and refused to discuss the case with me at all. I was forced to fire her and proceed alone. Leo Fumano also dropped the ball before Magder came along. I was eventually acquitted because the alleged victim testified he has no memory of events, and also because the crown did not submit the fabricated medical records as evidence; nor did he have a doctor testify about the alleged injuries. Secret police goons made a large number of varied attacks during the lead-up to the trial (while Magder was supposedly involved) resulting in considerable stress and health complications, as well as missed court appearances. Magder is garbage
