Each step of the way he was able to inform me of all possible outcomes and was honest about how things could go in court. He’s an honest lawyer and has your best interest at heart. I switched family lawyers to Michael Proskiw as I was disappointed with the results and approach that my previous lawyer had been taking. Mr. Proskiw turned that around and was able to help me resolve my divorce promptly and with much less hassle along with a better result. He came up with creative solutions to items that my former spouse and I were at an impasse on, billed me very fairly, responded to me quite promptly, and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money by catching a error that my previous lawyer had made. Click to report rating    12/21/20 Horrible. I was the laughing stock of friends and family because Mr. Proskiw did very little for me. Divorce is difficult enough let alone the amount of money I paid Mr. Proskiw. He either was a) afraid of opposing council or b) does not know what he is doing. If you want irregular communication, poor bedside manner, not being included in decisions he surprisingly makes on your behalf then look no further. You will not be any further ahead in your divorce if a year or two passes by. RID: 225977
