	5/16/23	Mediocre in every way possible. She is clearly tenacious when it comes to getting her paycheque however.
	10/21/20	Went in and told her to be aggressive with the other party as their tactic is to drag things out. Knowing this she still let the other party drag it out until all funds extinguished. Nothing resolved. But she got paid.
