Dustin was fantastic. Knowledgeable,easy to talk to and quick. His assistant Nice, was supportive and knowledgeable as well. Together they make a great team and I would highly recommend them.

Dustin Tkachuk is someone who follows his opposing council instructions. Nici is slow in processing things and they both get the things delayed purposely so the case goes on and on for years. I think he is too week and Incompatible lawyer and his assistant. Really disappointed.

I was relieved the first time I met Dustin and Nici. Dustin is fair, gets to the point, and does his job in a very timely manner. I feel he truly wants to help people instead of running up a bill. I would recommend him to anyone who asks me. Nici is a very knowledgeable Legal Assistant and knows exactly how to get things done. Thank you both for your hard work!

Run.This lawyer is terrible. He refused to do any work. He allowed the courts to take the kids away from one parent and they were given to their abusive parent, without citing any of the provided evidence as defence. He refused to speak. Then he said he wouldn't question my ex because there's no point because he'll lie. The point of questioning is to catch him in the lies and I gave him 130 questions which would prove that. He had the other lawyer in the office cutting bad deals for me when Dustin was away and I didn't ask for her help. If I went to court without the deal she made, it would have been thrown out of court, but she changed be over $1000 for screwing me more. The worst was that he signed court orders drafted by opposing without reading them and they were drafted to hurt me. Dustin went out of his way to put my children at risk. His assistant is rude and lacks compassion. He shouldn't get away with it. Filed a complaint with the Law Society of Alberta.

Inexperienced. Defends liars who defame and destroy others businesses and try to deliberately abuse the law! This man has absolutely NO ETHICS OR MORALS when taking on clients it's only about dollars and cents to him. Seriously, he cannot be trusted. Hire a reputable lawyer, no matter what the price it will be worth hiring someone who actually knows what they are doing!

I would like to begin my review with the initial contact that I had with Lawrence & Tkachuk. I called the office to arrange my independent legal advice as I worked throw my Separation Agreement and divorce. Nici, the Office Manager, answered the phone and immediately put me at ease. When, I first met with Dustin Tkachuk, it was very evident to me that he was knowledgeable, compassionate and would serve me well. Throughout the process from the Separation Agreement, to managing my mortgage refinancing and handling my divorce, everything was done at the highest possible levels. Dustin answered all questions in a timely and efficient manner. I have the utmost respect and admiration for the staff of Lawrence & Tkachuk and I am beyond pleased with the services provided by Dustin and Nici. For this reason, I have recommended them to my family members and friends it is my distinct pleasure to recommend them, most highly, to anyone in need of Family and/or Real Estate Law services.
