I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Dheeraj for legal representation, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, their exorbitant fees were not only unreasonable but also seemed designed to exploit rather than assist.
Moreover, the level of rudeness displayed by Dheeraj was astonishing. Communication was consistently abrasive, and any attempt to seek clarification or express concerns was met with dismissiveness and disrespect. This behavior not only tarnished the professional-client relationship but also left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.
In addition to the lack of basic courtesy, the quality of legal services provided by Dheeraj was questionable at best. It became evident that their focus was on maximizing fees rather than genuinely advocating for their client's interests.
There are undoubtedly more ethical and competent professionals available who genuinely prioritize their clients' needs over their own financial gains

He is a good lawyer, It would'nt be wrong if you hire him. Trust me guys he is one of the very few finest real estate lawyers with litigation background available in the market. My case was my previous lawyer made a mistake declared me as a non resident when selling my principal residence- a condo, I found out the mistake after closing. My previous lawyer didn’t admit their mistake and was not willing to help me revise the affidavit that I was a taxable resident. It’s Dheeraj to help me get back my money withheld. Lots of lawyers don’t care their client and allow their clients go to hell. But Dheeraj took good care of my case and saved me much money.

Beware of Dheeraj Bhatia he is a very rude ,ignorant, greedy, lawyer. He is arrogant and has a bad attitude. His reviews tell his tale here and on google. Do not waste your time and money on him as he dosen't care about you or your well being. He believes he is above all and he know all. He treats clients as if they are his employees and he can shout on them. He charges money for service that he never provides and in return he insults his clients and yells when you ask questions.

Terribly bad attitude and manners with ZERO professionalism. Not worthy to be listed anywhere in the world as a lawyer. Worst than the worst thug ever. Should be disqualified by any law society. Do not use him!

He is available literally 24/7 if his clients need help. I am a realtor as well as his client. Once I called him in the evening, he talked to me for 25 minutes and then sent me the clauses i had requested. Later on i came to know that he was out of the country and it was 3 a.m. where he was at that time. I have called/emailed/texted him many times since then and he has always helped me by going out of his way.

I just had the privilege of working with Dheeraj and his team at Madamser. His professionalism and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. He was very prompt with his communications to me and was able to secure my property quickly and effectively, even though the sellers tried to back out last minute. I am very appreciative of all the hard work and dedication Dheeraj and his team provided to me and my family. Thank you for such an amazing job!

Not sure what to say here. He calls himself a solicitor but rather is the one being solicited. Dheeraj Bhatia hires escorts for sex then hires them in his office as assistants and tries to bribe them during business hours. What a pathetic, worthless piece of human life. I hope your family finds out.

I personally worked for Dheeraj and he is someone who shouts and just shows off - I have worked for Lawyers all my life and was called by him to work for him when I worked for him he was sooo nice and always bought gifts for staff when he went away and when we tried I tried to close a file he did not want us to and said we can go into litigation why did you let the client allow for extension for 2 days. Also, he would shout at his staff and scream at them very unprofessional. DO NOT USE HIM he is a very dishonest lawyer.

I'm not sure where to start. Mr. Bhatia's tactics include tying matters up in court process with unnecessary delays while benefiting financially from his clients. ANd if that sint bad enough, on the other side of the cases are the innocent people that are negatively impacted by his tactics. I cant believe someone can be so cruel and heartless to take advantage of someone's unfortunate circumstances that require legal representation and exploit them to the extent that he does. I hope no one else has to experience the same thing that he has put us through. Mr. Bhatia, shame on you.

I am a former client and had questions about the way he handled funds advanced by the lender. He was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Any competent lawyer should have no problem explaining to a client how funds were disbursed. Lenders/mortgagees should be careful about giving him loan disbursements and watch the fees he charges.

Are the any zeros. this lawyer is incompetent in every aspect of handling a real estate transaction. all we heard from him was to start a lawsuit while we were trying to solve the issue in hand with our transaction. we felt he was trying to grab as much as he could be scaring us as what can happen and how he can handle any lawsuit. we were lost and confused with his action and not sure how he has become a lawyer. the bragging of knowledge real estate law is what he does but in reality he is just a rude, ignorant and show off.

I worked with Dheeraj Bhatia on the sale of a property using power of attorney. Even though we showed the POA document to his office weeks before the closing date and they confirmed it was fine, on the day of the sale, the buyer attorney realized that there was a missing page in the POA. In addition to this, Madamser office made several mistakes including sending us closing documents for another property and a mistake in the calculations, which we caught. I have sold and bought multiple houses and never have seen this much incompetence.

Dheeraj Bhatia is extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and completely liar. He does not know much about real estate transaction, but basically pretends he knew everything. He constantly shouted at clients. He tried to ask his clients to start litigation case, and simply made fortune from litigation legal fees. He has constantly charged clients cash, to avoid paying tax. He advised his current clients to sue his previous clients for huge money, while he acted as the litigation lawyer. It’s a shame for legal professional in Canada.

I had a chance to work with this lawyer on a real estate transaction. I am not sure whether it is a cultural thing in his firm, but he is extremely rude, unresponsive and incompetent. These is also lack of knowledge on his side. His assistants and law clerks are not competent either; and do not know what they are doing and obviously are not getting any guidance from the lawyer. Everything was done last minute. A very simple purchase of a condominium unit became a big mess and nightmare. If you are looking for a real estate lawyer I suggest that you find someone else and never use this firm.
