I have rated Mr. Ethan Rogers low, because his work caused me to compromise in a clearly winnable case against FCA (Chrysler). He prevented me to answer to critical questions during the Discovery of Documents session. During the Pre-trial session, he didn't react to an out of context statement that caused the judge to side with the defendant. The about two and a half years dealing with the case exhausted my financial and emotional ability to go to trial. I lost my confidence in Mr. Rogers, realizing that either the amount of money he made on me was sufficient or he didn't understand the strength of my case. If your case is against one of the big "sharks", I would strongly recommend looking for a better lawyer.

He was very slow to respond to emails and inflexible in his approach to certain issues. Seems like an honest guy and overall not a terrible lawyer but not one I would recommend to my friends.

As a cheated citizen of the Netherlands it was hard to find a lawyer that could meet our specifications: 1 - be smart 2 - understand the case 3 - keep an eye on the case while I am in Europe 4 - must have a good sense of humor. Well, I was recommended to work with Ethan Rogers. He did not meet our specs, he was far better than that. His approach of the case that took in total over 4 years brought us (for Europeans) strange situations but at the end a total solution. Ethan took care of me very well and got all my stolen money back. I will never forget the last case in court. Ethan plead unbelievable good and it was a pity there was no television allowed. This case should have won a Grammy and an Oscar. And the best thing is that I do not have lawyer in Canada, but a good friend!
