I had hired Wayne Brooks at the final stages of my case before potentially going to trial. Until this point I had been handling the matter myself. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone with any answers pertaining to my case. I had a 2 week deadline before needing to file my offer to settle before trial was inevitable. I provided Wayne Brooks with a written offer to settle and asked for any input on the document. I never received any response. I continued to call everyday for answers and to remind them that they needed to file my offer to settle before the deadline as I lived out of the jurisdiction. Wayne Brooks never filed my final offer to settle, never provided any input on the matter, and proceeded to charge me 1500$ for missing the deadline, not responding to my questions, and not even progressing the case. I would not recommend this lawyer/law firm.

This Lawyer is a buffoon and everybody in the court house knows it but some how he still has a license. Do not use this guy you will regret it. He was not only unprepared for my cases, he deliberately sabotaged my cases for what I can only assume was for his personal gain. He never prepared me for my case. I repeatedly asked for meetings but he said it was not necessary. Then he comes to court totally unprepared and "wings" it. He will take your money tell you the world and screw you over.

Stay far away!!! This man is a joke and the fact he has a professional designation at all floors me. He bold face lies, manipulates, and is pretty useless as a lawyer overall. The office is a disaster, and he dodges people left right and center. He will sweet talk you to get your money, as he did to my poor, widowed mother in law,....and them bam you will never be able to get a hold of him or a straight answer. The worst service we have ever recieved in any industry. Hes condecending, patronizing, and down right slimy.

My house closed on a Thursday and it is now Monday and my mortgage hasn't been paid off and nor have we. Not a good experience at all. Communication is non existent.

I never get a call back. No one will give me a honest answer to why my case continually gets put on the back burner. There is always an excuse. I paid this law firm to work for me. They take the money and very little gets done. Very disappointed in the lack of service. I feel like a damn yo yo being passed from one person to another with still nothing being done. I can appreciate that lawyers are busy people but at the same time when you pay a law firm to help with your case and nothing is happening that is reason enough to be upset. Give me back my money or do the work I hired you to do and if you can't then have the decency to let me know instead of ignoring calls..very dissatisfied client.

Would never recommend this lawyer to anyone!!! Dealt with Ralph Frayne for years & he was fantastic!!! Mr Brooks office does not return calls or emails. Until I fired them I got no response from them at all. Tried to pick up my paperwork after being told to just come pick it up & after waiting over 45 mins was refused it. Paperwork was dropped off & paid for by our real estate agent & they won't give us the paperwork claiming it may not have been paid for. Do not use this firm, I talked to another lady in the office & she said it was a nightmare to close her house deal. She had to camp out on their steps in order to get any kind of communication from them. Very upset & disappointed with this firm.
