Greg handled two things for me:
A real estate transaction that was basic and flawless.
An extremely acrimonious battle with two partners that was anything but basic. Greg guided me through the process and offered not only legal advice, but strategic advice. I only hired him for the legal advice, as I thought I had the strategic part pretty much figured out myself, but the strategy he provided was as important as the legal advice.
I hired Greg because I checked out this website and he was the only one with a 5 star rating, and multiple comments saying that he really had high ethics and put his clients first. It was one of the best and most profitable decisions I ever made. He got me everything I wanted and prevented me from burning bridges in the process. I literally cannot recommend him highly enough

For me, Weedon Law is synonymous with integrity, competence, and trust.
Greg is truly an All-Star in real-estate (litigation) law. He is also an unparalleled negotiator. Greg made sure that I avoided the worst case scenario in a derailed real-estate deal and I truly cannot thank Greg and his team enough for taking on the case.
Greg made it so easy for me to trust him completely. From my first conversation with him, I had no doubt that Greg had my best interest at heart. Greg took the time to review all possible options and he kept me informed throughout.

I used Greg for purchasing condo for the first time, as recommended by my real estate agent. He and his assistants are very responsive, patient and polite. He also helped reviewing status certificates before we placed offers. During this pandemic, we communicated via emails, and had an online meeting 2 days before closing to sign the agreements. We have never met in person, but I had a great experience as a first time homebuyer.

I've referred several individuals to Greg in the past but this was my first time using his services in a personal capacity. Greg and his legal assistant Ada were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made buying a home quite seamless. Greg, who was referred to my by my real estate agent, helped me execute an assignment for my condo. Greg thoroughly reviewed the legal documentation, brought key clauses to my attention, took initiative to resolve issues, and provided a clear legal opinion. We had two phone calls and exchanged about a dozen emails throughout the process. Greg was always patient and courteous when answering my questions. Overall, Greg's thoroughness and professionalism inspired my trust in him and gave me confidence to complete the transaction.

Our real estate transaction become extremely complicated by unscrupulous third-party vendors and we had to meet an extremely tight deadline. Thankfully Greg was there to walk us through our options and fight for us. Thanks to him we were able to meet our closing deadline and save thousands of dollars that these vendors were trying to hold over our heads to prevent the purchase. We will definitely recommend Greg to anyone who wants a lawyer that will truthfully advocate on your behave and skillfully close your deal.

You can hardly regret to have Greg as your lawyer from the very beginning to the end. My case has been transferred from another lawyer to Greg by the end of last year. It was Greg who helped me got my refund (approximately $6000) from the builder and my previous lawyer at the last minute of my final closing date, with extraordinary patience. I retained Mr. Weedon as my litigation layer when I failed to close the house I bought, he saved me from a years of lawsuit and many thousands of court charge. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help in home transaction because: he works so efficiently that successfully helped me revive the Agreement of Purchase on the second day after we talk, the seller’s lawyer became so nice and easy to communicate after Mr Weedon involved in my case. He really thinks for his client, the mortgage was not ready even 2 days before final closing, bank staff had no idea what was happening and did nothing but waiting, Greg helped me out through a lot of communication with the bank, figuring out and solving the issue, finally I got the keys on schedule! I will never expect my previous lawyer would considerately do the same as Weedon, the only thing I regret is I didn’t retain him earlier which caused a huge time and money damage.

I like Greg as my lawyer for construction lieu case. Although he is young and not so knowledgeable in construction, he is very patient and detail oriental , and able to listen to us and let us enrolling in cases. Meanwhile he is good at getting advices from others perspective lawyers to help us to win the case. Overall, he is good enough for us, fee is reasonable and open mind. He always let us understand where is fee go and show fee package before we decide to go ahead or hire him first. He is good understanding customer and not let customer pay for non worthy fight.
