	12/14/22	Mr. Richards talks a big game compared to the quality of work his firm provides. He is very precise and almost rehersed with how he presents himself. I've never been so gaslight before meeting him. Its truly a shame. And his fees are beyond outrageous. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
