	10/27/16	I hired Duncan after he had been highly recommended, he was very up front from the start & got right down to business regarding the allegations brought against me & the seriousness of the matter. When we first spoke about the incident in question, I gave him all the evidence I could get at the time & then let him get to work. The case had stretched out over a year & each time we spoke, more weight was lifted from my shoulders. His wisdom & expertise were so refreshing, the feelings of doubt & intimidation were relieved. I felt the odds were very much against me, given whom was making these allegations. Duncan guided me, explained to me what to expect in the courtroom & how to conduct myself. He is a very honest, intelligent man & he does NOT pull any punches when it comes to a fair trial. His fees are worth every penny & his expectations are always reasonable. In the end, it was a full acquittal and I can move on from that nightmare situation. I trust this man, there is none better.
