Doesnt recommend . Doesnt seem to know what she is doing , she is rude , unprofessional, impatient .poor communication . And charged us almost double if what she had told us and its basically ME that did all the work for her !!!

She is an excellent Lawyer, she took care of my real estate needs, my estate needs and family law. I couldn't ask for better...good value for the dollar!!!

I will not recommend to you her in real estate are either. She is less expensive than other lawyers in town, but everything comes with a price. She does not respond to phone calls or emails, except occasionally and whenever she wants, claiming that she has no time and she is busy with other clients (then why take so many files?). She does not explain her fees and then some "extra changes" suddenly appear. Her staff is very rude. Nightmare. Of course, you get what you pay for. I will never use her again and will never recommend to anyone. There are many responsible lawyers in town, there is no point in using the irresponsible ones like Rose-Lyne.

En droit de la famille, c'est une vraie perte de temps. Elle consacre la majorité de son temps à transiger des actes de vente/achat de maison et laisse les autres dossiers pourrir dans un coin. Elle enverra des courriels ici et là et te fera parvenir des messages de la partie adverse en te demandant d'y répondre. Elle ne te donnera pas de compte rendu, ne répondra pas à toutes tes questions et n'est nullement pas spécialisée dans des cas de divorce. Elle est très désordonnée et perd des documents. Elle commet même des erreurs dans des transactions immobilières qui est sa principale spécialité. Elle tend à vouloir te faire accepter n'importe quelle entente et te presse à le signer sans répondre à aucune question lorsqu'elle semble avoir fait assez d'argent avec ton dossier. C'est une vraie perte de temps et d'argent de retenir ses services dans le droit de la famille. Je ne la recommande pas du tout.

Ms. Gauthier is down to earth and will make sure that your real estate transactions run smoothly. She is excellent at following instructions for drafting your Will and Power of Attorney. She goes out of her way to accommodate appointments whether it is at her Orleans office or her Stittsville office. She is my lawyer and I trust her fully to take care of my legal needs.
