BE GUARDED, do not pay him his full'y requested retainer..because you hv no guarantee he will complete the requested services to your satisfaction. He frequently Blows one off. Your goals are Not his goals!

It has taken five years so far and we have not gotten through our family's will probate. Very slow process. It almost seems like this lawyer is mostly concerned with a continuous income stream and not finalizing our case. Very frustrating experience.
