He's absolutely a terrible lawyer and not only that he's terribly expensive. The main issues I had with him was that he had massive conflict of interests and didn't tell me until the middle of our knowing each other. He represented both sides of the transaction and was never looking out for my best interest. He was more interested in taking over my property. I pretended to act dumb to see his true intentions. Both my partner and I were shocked to see his behavior. He never acted like my lawyer and was trying to take advantage of me. I've also asked other lawyers I know and they all said the same thing that he's unethical and were shocked with his conduct too. I seriously hope the LSO investigates this guy.

Sunny is a very knowledgeable lawyer. He is very efficient and helpful. I have been dealing with him several time for wills and property buying and selling.
