I have found Mr Doberstein to be very difficult to deal with. Doesn't return phone calls, has the client do most of the work and has quite a poor attitude when dealing with clients. I wish I had searched for reviews on him before using him. He wasn't very helpful to me at all and often times I was made to feel stupid when asking questions. Half of the time no one answers the office phone either :(

Mr. Doberstein became angry when I pointed out errors in a document. When I tried to obtain a copy of this document at a later date, the office claimed not to have one.
