	9/7/22	John was responsive, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. We have used his services for two real estate transactions.
	2/22/19	Very efficient, personable and fair in charges. We travel a good distance to use his services as he is very trustworthy and always prompt to answer calls. Have worked with John for over 20 years. We find him to be the best of the many lawyers we have worked with.
	11/22/17	Have used him several times. Don’t know where those other ratings are coming from! Answers phone himself, responds promptly, all documents prepared and explained in detail. Very professional but also personable
	8/10/16	As per the previous post this lawyer was extremely unprofessional. I used him for real estate purposes. His poor communication skills i.e. not responding in a timely manner to emails and voicemails and his lack of empathy had me up in arms. We paid for a service! His documentation was not clear and sloppy in my opinion leaving it difficult to understand. His fees were unjust and not clear from the beginning. I am surprised that he can get away with this type of service. The worst part is that he was recommended by a friend (huge mistake that was). Normally I do not bother with rating as it is one sided however I had to post and make folks aware of my experience. My advice, go elsewhere. Lawyers are a dime a dozen. I would not recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues. Lesson learned. Signed, (Highly disappointed client)
	4/19/16	He was disorganized, unprofessional in his approach and did not respond to our attempts to seek out information on timelines, additional information required etc. When we finally gave up on him after weeks of unresponsiveness he simply indicated that he was sorry he couldn't meet our timelines. I am beyond furious that he has wasted our time, and left us without our will and powers of attorney more than 2 months after our first meeting with him.
