I recently had an excellent experience working together with Glen Schwartz a partner at the legal firm of Nathens, Siegel.
I was having difficulty with my ex-wife and more specifically her lawyer, who was being uncooperative, lying and generally nasty.
My lawyers that were working on my case until then had been unsuccessful after months of trying to resolve the situation. I was recommended Glen Schwartz.
I passed on the background of my case and where I was having difficulty.
Glen was very approachable, experienced and a pleasure to work with. He prepared the letter and very quickly was able to resolve the matter and get full cooperation. Glen was very responsive to all my messages and questions and stayed involved until the full issue was completely resolved and ended up charging me a very reasonable amount.
I was very impressed and would highly recommend Nathens, Siegel and Glen Schwartz to anyone needing assistance and sound advice regarding a divorce proceeding.

In the past 14 years, I have retained several Family lawyers and none of them came close to Glen's knowledge and skill in the area of Family Law. In addition to his legal expertise, I found Glen to be sincerely genuine in his capacity to care about his clients - and this ability to be compassionate, is quite rare. He was always responsive with my emails and would further to contact me via phone to put my mind at ease. Glen is tenacious and fought hard to get the best outcome for me during the negotiation process. The Firm is lucky to have him!

I retained Glen to assist with financial post-settlement litigation. I was impressed with Glen and the team at Nathan Siegel. Glen's knowledge, commitment and dedication made the process much easier.He was always on the ball and I appreciated his continued guidance and follow-up. He helped me navigate a difficult year-long case and I never felt pressured into decisions I wasn't sure about. Most importantly,his communication with me was excellent and he was always quick and prompt with responses.There are many options for Family/divorce lawyers in the GTA, but in my experience, great ones are few and far between. Glen is the best lawyer I have worked with and would highly recommend him as a divorce/family lawyer.

Glen was with me all the way right from the beginning. He explains things clearly and takes the time to make you feel comfortable. He double checks everything so that you feel confident in the end. You feel like you have someone beside you throughout a difficult time and someone who has your best interest. A very comfortable experience during a very difficult time...I am sure Glen will receive many great reviews as he cares about his clients. That's how I felt anyway and its nice to have someone explain everything very clearly to you when its such an emotiona timel.

Glenn represented me as I recently went through a separation. His knowledge of family law and his excellent quality of work is elite as he helped make a stressful situation a lot easier for myself. It was a long battle but in the end I’m extremely happy about the results. Glen exhibits the kind of knowledge, ability, attention, care, patience, communication, and professionalism to expertly guide you through your divorce, especially if it is complicated and 'messy'. He is empathetic while staying calm and keeping track of the goal. He can read and understand the emotions and intentions of all parties involved and make it look easy. A very trusted friend from Ottawa had recently concluded her divorce when I asked if her lawyer could recommend any lawyers in my area to represent me. I arrived at Glen and let's just say that I'm happy his reputation is far-reaching. You won't need to wonder if you're being represented properly if you start with Glen. It's that simple.

After speaking with several lawyers over the phone I quickly learned they were all focused on obtaining a retainer upfront,no one truly cared about my well being our situation except Glen, he was unique in that he was more concerned about my best interest rather than an immediate retainer before he shared best practices. Other attributes worth highlighting is his tenacity and court room presence, Glen is very strategic in the court room maximizing every opportunity to strengthen his case in a professional manner. I made the mistake years ago of representing myself, this time around with Glen's guidance I was able to mitigate 90% of the stress surrounding divorce by ensuring fair process for both parties. I'd happily have Glen represent me in the future and would highly recommend his services to anyone seeking emancipation from their current marital issues.

If you have a family matter. this is the lawyer for you. I found Glen online and had a serious issues to deal with.I felt comfortable from the first meeting,that was 1 year ago.Today I am confident that I made the right choice. Communication was on point. He calls me back in a timely fashion,if I don't understand something he'll explain it again.Always felt he had my back and by the result of my case that didn't make it to court. I came out on top with a fair settlement because of Glen and his team's hard work.My children and I can now move forward with our lives. Glen I can't thank you enough. My experience with Glen was hands down AMAZING! I would not hesitate twice to recommend him. He was very patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and overall pleasant to deal with. His response time to emails, phone calls and concerns was extremely efficient. I didn't have to chase him down in regards to status on the file, he was always on the top of things. Most importantly, he always made time to accommodate my appointments, stayed as late as needed to ensure I understood everything before leaving the office or signing off on anything. He screwup my case. Plus he is very good at escape from his problem. He looks polite and knowledgeable, however he is very weak when he has to challenge another lawyer. His hourly rate is low but he will kept calling you and charge you to make more money on his own. If this is the lawyer you want, please go ahead. my two biggest regrets in life, one is marry with my ex, the second is to ask him to be my lawyer. good luck with this guy!!!

First of all, I wanted to say thank you to Nathen Siegel Law Firm Associates, especially dear Dalia, Mr.Schwartz's assistant. Glen Schwartz in one word is unbeatable! My ex changed 3 lawyers, and none could win Glen's great and intelligent mind! He is trustworthy, honest, diligent, and the most important part is that he cares about his client. He is not like lots of lawyers who just wanna do some paperwork and get the money. He actually thinks over your case, discusses every possible situation with you, and wants you to be happy! I had a very difficult and complicated case which took over 3 years. I have no idea how it would end without Mr.Schwartz. If you are looking for a professional, intelligent, %100 trustworthy lawyer, Mr.Schwartz is the right person. A friend of mine recommended Mr. Schwartz after I had complained about the horrible lawyer I had at the time in regards to child support, custody and access. The moment I met Mr. Schwartz I knew I was in better hands. He is very honesty, professional and most importantly he tries to get the outcome you wish. Because he is so smart he tells you very honestly the possibility of getting that outcome. Even though it might not be high he still tries to get it for you. Believe me most lawyers do not try if they know you most likely wont get what you are requesting. I believe he tries because he cares and thats what makes him an amazing lawyer. He is easy to contact and replies to emails very fast. I have never had an issue getting a hold of him, after you meet with a lawyer you barely hear from them after. If you need a family lawyer look no further. He relieved a lot of my stress and handled everything appropriately. He is truly amazing, competent and helped me so much in my darkest time.
