	12/12/24	Scary smart. Reviewed my file and told me almost EXACTLY what the judge would order. I can't imagine going to any other family lawyer in Nanaimo.
	9/10/23	if you want to be financially gouged while participating with a disrespectful lawyer in all fronts of ethics and breeching of privacy is of no concern, in my opinion I would rate this lawyer with the highest possible score
	9/11/20	Gave me great legal advice and was knowledgeable in court matters. Would recommend him to anyone that has a complicated case.
	6/10/20	I spent almost three years and 60,000$ with Trent during my divorce fiasco. I never found him to be aggressive assertive or take the lead with any of the proceedings. In the end we went to court and my ex who was self representative kicked him to the curb. She was awarded 100% of what she asked for and Trent won 0%. As it turns out, in my eyes, Trent Vining was into me for billable hours and billable hours only.

	4/3/19	I paid Trent many thousands of dollars to write letters back and forth with opposing counsel. I demanded action and he talked me out of it. Turns out opposing counsel was poised to move up in legal system, I think he was looking for future favors by being week and to line his pockets with thousands in billing with no results. 3 years later Im having to deal with my crazy ex again and had a much more professional lawyer in Victoria look at things and he thinks the agreement Trent and opposing counsel wrote is a joke. I also paid close to 10 thousand more than I had to to my ex because Trent wouldn't go to bat for me. Right now I'm writing my own letters to my ex's lawyer and saving myself thousands and consulting with a GOOD lawyer who is happy to guide me and look after the court part for me. Im getting better results now on my own and saving thousands of dollars. Stay away from Trent Vining unless you like to pay for a completely ineffective lawyer. I feel he almost helped my ex more
	12/2/18	Trent Vining will drain your bank account and your parents. He'll keep you in court as long as he can. He doesn't care if you can get things settled out of court. If you ask around Nanaimo, other lawyers will describe him with insults and swear words which says a lot.

	6/8/15	Received nothing for the $5,000 I wasted. And for what? Sending 3 memos to opposing counsel? What a joke. Lawyers should be ashamed of charging that much money and giving nothing in return.
