This attorney did an amazing job on my divorce and bankruptcy. Everything went according to what he said. My wife did not get any assets from me and I stuck her with my credit card debt after I filed bankruptcy with him. Good attorney, heard he may come back to Erie

I went through a separation, then I remarried. My daughter needed a father figure and my ex was trash. I had Attorney Aguglia retained on a step-parent adoption. We got a new lease on life and my daughter even got to shake hands with the Judge. Thanks!

This guy just saved my kid and me. I had to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy to save my house about a year ago. My house was up for foreclosure. He made the process pretty easy. Thanks man

I retained Mr. Aguglia to get my son out of jail. Mr. Aguglia represented him in a DUI matter and got the DUI dismissed on what they call a suppression hearing. Now I don't have to worry about my son. Thank God the attorney helped me out.

I retained Mr. Aguglia to save my house. I called him two days before the sheriff sale. He was happy to take my case and he said to me, we gotta do a chapter 13 bankruptcy quick. He did it for me on an emergency basis and I'm still in my house. Thank God! Paying back on the house as we speak

Was going threw a separation and started looking for a lawyer. Was given a referral and went in for a meeting. I did proceed with my divorce which was messy, but Joseph knew what he was doing and helped me threw it all.He was there for every court date and always kept me in the loop. I always had sound advice when my ex tried to throw wrenches in the process. I was very happy with the turnout and would reccomend him to anyone!

Would not recommend to a dog. Very friendly before he gets your $$, then it;s a ton of difficulty contacting him, when you do he has many excuses for not doing his job.

He never returned calls and if he showed up for meetings he was late 30 minutes or more. He would speak rudely over the phone and belittling to me and always had an excuse for not doing the work he was hired for. Very unprofessional. He took care of my husband's estate after his death paperwork should have been filed within 9 months afterwards and it's over a year with no closure! When I called the court house about my case, His reputation was mentioned where he doesn't complete what he started. Do NOT pay him up front, you will be disappointed.

Will not return phone calls, doesn't follow through with what he is supposed to or even show up for meetings when he schedules them, paid him half of the amount quoted already, has a bad name in beaver county, when you tell other attorneys or people at the court house his name they say he does this to everyone, turn him in to disciplinary. Unfortunately he's not even part of the bar association.
