Chris helped me through a very, very contentious divorce settlement. He was tenacious and had good instincts. And he also made sure I did the things I needed to do in the process, which frankly I needed. I've recommended him to friends.

Words you'll have to get used to hearing from Mr. Carta "don't worry I got this!", if your anything like myself constant involvement and micro managing were a must, with so much at stake, emotions and large volumes of information feeling like your in the dark is only to be expected. Although Chris did a wonderful job at being available and communicating trust was a must and very difficult at times but when those to what became infamous words came out his mouth I can assure you he did indeed have it! His approach was about honesty and wearing the "white hat", not only did he stay true to his approach he greatly assisted me in stay on my path. This guy is not afraid to put in the time and carries himself with the utmost integrity and has tenacity like no other. Real language, calmness until otherwise required and a strong game plan certainly proved to be a big part of our success. Chris won't over promise, you'll get the reality of the possible outcomes. I highly recommend Mr. Carta.

I work as a legal assistant at a law firm and I recently came across a letter from Mr. Carta to one of our most senior Lawyer (partner) and the wordings that he used were incredibly rude, harsh and unprofessional. I truly hope that he does not act that way with his clients.

After a couple disappointing experiences with previous lawyers, I was skeptical at first. But Chris really came through for me. Not easily intimidated by a tough case or afraid of hard work, Chris had the confidence to take on my challenging case. He was very candid regarding possible outcomes but he worked hard to achieve a favorable one for me. He never promised anything he couldn't deliver and he kept his word on everything. His communication throughout was clear, concise and direct. He kept me informed all along the way. Where other lawyers would easily fold, Chris has the confidence and tenacity to fight for his clients, with the knowledge to back it up. He's not too proud to ask his colleagues for input as well. I highly respect Chris as a lawyer and have already recommended him to people I know. If I ever run into legal problems again, he will be the one I call.

Look Elsewhere. Not worth the STRESS. He will be the nicest person to you until you sign the contingency. After that its all downhill. He makes promises that he doesn't keep and then sends you of to his assistant, who has no idea what she is doing as well a she makes threats to the their signed clients, so technically you're paying 33 1/3% of your claim to be treated like garbage. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..PROMISE

Chris is an all round good lawyer. I felt respected in all of my interactions with him.Chris is honest, Direct, and a Clear communicator.I am not very bright, he took the time to make sure I understood what he was explaining to me, and then would do a follow up email for me regarding any of our discussions.Sadly for me, my outcome isn't proving to be positive,not for the lack of trying on Chris's part.I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone in need of a lawyer they can trust and feel good about. Thanks Chris for all you have done. Hopefully I will never need a lawyer again, but if I do, your my man!

Chris has represented me in a few cases now, he is an extremely hard working lawyer who takes the time to listen to his clients and notify them of any updates immediately. I would happily refer him to family and friends and would have him represent me again.
