He helped me through a business acquisition and ensured that I understood all the terms and conditions when asked. He will also fight for terms and conditions which benefit you. I highly recommend using him for your corporate/business legal needs.
	4/10/14	Go here only if you wish to pay him his huge fee and get no results at all. Extremely slow to respond and will not get any thing done but will still charge you in advance.
