Thx you Jennifer. My husband and I hired this lawyer to sue the building contractor of our home and the sub trades. Jennifer cares so much about our case. The ladies who work for her are awesome and work very hard with Jennifer to help us as much as possible. We definitely feel good in her hands. There is no other lawyer we would refer to. Every time we reach out for her or her office, we get through and have their complete attention. every concern is addressed very fast and we’re always left feeling comfortable and on the right track. Suing people is a scary process but Jennifer makes us feel at ease with her knowledge, expertise and confidence.

I wish there was something positive about our experience. I feel I was led on and sadly nothing came from the money spent. It is very sad how much money is made off of people who desperately need lawyers. A client should not correct a draft agreement that was copied and pasted, which costed thousands of dollars. The financial set back is devastating.

Knowledgeable, yes. However, she’s extremely fake, does not care about her clients and only cares about nickels and dimes. On top of that she is very rarely on time and has been up to 45 minutes late for our appointments. Don’t be fooled by the gemstones and glitz in the office, she cares FAR more for the aesthetics than the work that actually goes on there.

Because of this lawyer I’m able to see my daughter. I’d be lost without her, nice lady. Good lawyers are worth the money. Highly would refer to her. Down-to-earth

Robbery should be her specialty. She charges PCU even if you never spoke to her on the phone! I believe she is very crooked and preys on the vulnerable. Run while you still can.

The BEST lawyer. Very smart woman whose representation is stellar. From the moment you meet her it is obvious that she is passionate and cares about helping the public. She is well known in the province and for good reason. She represented me for a number of years and her advice and strategy resulted in my success. Excellent lawyer. Very easy to talk to and you know you have her full attention.

Ms. Donovan is truly a blessing. Excellent lawyer who cares and listens. She kept me aware of my file status almost daily - if not, weekly. Her team is professional and very nice. She got me the results I wanted. She was so generous with her time and made me feel like her only client, which was quite something given that this lawyer is one of the top in NB and very busy. Her court presence was stellar and her expertise and skills were obvious. I worked with her for almost 5 years and have sent 9 people to her. Each of my referrals have nothing but amazing things to say about Ms. Donovan. I received gift cards from her and was able to pay some bills by payment plan. The "PCU" charge mentioned below is charged to those clients who want access to her evenings, weekends and holidays - which she explains upfront. No surprises with this lawyer. Amazingly talented woman with a huge heart. Call her today if you care about your representation.

Jennifer is an absolutely amazing lawyer. She was recommended to me by many people in New Brunswick. I have worked with her for approximately four years. I could not have gotten through my divorce without her. She is an expert in family law. She kept me fully informed and aware. When fees became hard to pay, she offered me a payment plan that fit my budget She is very aggressive and brilliant in court. I consider her a blessing and believe that anyone lucky enough to have her, should be grateful. This woman is very approachable and upfront. She is the best. The people I have recommended her to have been very happy with her services. When we were finished, she gave me a $500 gift card to a place of my choice. She is a very generous person. The below reviews are questionable to me. They are the exact opposite of what I experienced with this wonderful lady. If you care about your future and receiving quality work, hire this lawyer.

This lawyer started a separation for my daughter and after giving her a quote for 5 to 6 hours. She billed triple that with no notice. Do you know what PCU is? You will see it on her bills - it is personal cellphone use. Over billing was so rediculous that the law society rep. Said that is enough do not bill further. Still added another charge to hand over the divorce papers. Should be disbarred.

Jennifer Donovan is - as the other review says - all about the money. She doesn't care about law or ethics or the lives she destroys on her quest for the almighty dollar. Shameless.

Got the job done. Charged us for absolutely everything. But the biggest issue was communication. She doesn't tell you the things you need to know. She seems to think money grows on trees and the customer shouldn't be with her if they need extra time for paying. We told her we needed a heads up if she needed more money so that we can budget that in. Instead we get a letter 1.5 months after she used our retainer for over $1500 that we had to pay the following week. She kept doing that to the point where we had to start borrowing money from all our friends so that we could actually file the paperwork so they would not expire. Since she would not file them and wait for us to make 1 more payment the next month. No consideration for you, the client!
