Worst lawyer I have come across. If you are looking to actually settle your matter, run FAR away from this guy. All he does is drag the matter on. He is NEVER available when you need him and walks around like an arrogant jerk. Go back to politics.

Recently I had a major family law problem. I have 1 daughter & significant cooperation challenges with my ex-wife, plus a major financial problem. Working with 2 other family Law Lawyers before didn't work! I noticed an ad for Andrew Kania. I liked the straight forward & clear message. Immediately after speaking to Andrew my situation changed!
He listened to the challenges I was having & we began to create a plan of action & strategy. This has made a massive difference in my ability to enjoy more time with my daughter & bring major relief to other areas of financial pressure!

Andrew recently represented me in a family matter. His experience as a former litigator shows. He out researched, out argued and won every point presented. My access went from 20% a month to 50%. You are best served by letting him do his job. I could care less about a doctors bedside manner if I know I walk out of the hospital. In terms of tenacity and work quality I would rate Andrew a 15. Andrew is simply the best family lawyer I have worked with, regarded by colleagues as a 'brilliant lawyer', I could not agree more.

Serious lack of communication, attempted to use him as a lawyer and it couldn't be confirmed that he was available. Hired another lawyer and received a large bill for a letter they couldn't even tell me that was going to be written

I am very satisfied with the service that I received at Kania Lawyers and from Andrew Kania in particular. His law clerk Leanne is easy to reach and does not make you feel rushed. Andrew is a senior lawyer and very knowledgeable. He gives you options but the ultimate choice of how to proceed is up to you. He will fight for you, does not offer a guarantee because he can never predict what a Judge will rule. I would highly recommend Andrew Kania and his team.

Do not waste your money as all Andrew likes to do is use his dictaphone to send you recaps of his conversation to you to cover himself. He does not deliver, is scared to negotiate or event talk to the other attorney and has no strong recommendations or advice. I expect my lawyer to advise me and not ask me repeatedly what I want to do. Nice man but thats about it.

Very knowledgeable, and made us feel that he was there to protect our interests. Hard to get in touch with though. Caught his receptionist lying about him being in the office. Took weeks to do one simple change to a document, then billed an absurd amount of money to finish the job.

When I needed personal legal advice I used this site, somehow I came across Andrew Kania. Right from the first conversation he proved his professionalism and friendly manner. After some disappointing conversations with some other lawyers, I was very happy I found him and asked him to work on my case. Not only I am very pleased with his excellent work, but also to know that he is a down to earth friendly and very honest lawyer was refreshing. His secretary Leanne and other workers at his office are all hardworking and very professional.
