Mimi is a dump truck lawyer. She has no value for the money you spend. Does not complete documents on time, shows up late for court and above all else does not win because she has no interest in the child only her client at the childs expense. Mimi even lost a couple times to self represented people defending themselves. Mimi even cringes at the thought of children lawyers because she knows what will happen. Stay far away from this lawyer and find someone who has a better reputation.

Not worth your time or money. It’s obvious on many levels she lacks self-control/discipline as well as objectivity. She relies on legal aid cases for most of her “business” because she is neither influential, talented, nor self confident enough to be more successful. Understandably so because she is pathetic and is basically a waste of space but totally in denial.

Mimi has no value added to any family court matter by creating false narratives to gain advantage. She is paperwork heavy racking up your bill which really doesn't mean anything. Mimi also creates false expectations for outcomes. She did my matter only to find out she has no control over what the Judge rules. In the end my matter was worse off and instead of moving forward, her lack of professionalism and knowledge had me take multiple steps back in my custody case. This lawyer is not worth your time or money. There are better lawyers in Edmonton and I suggest you stay away from this one.

Very professional and courteous, helped me to get what was coming to me and fought tooth and nail for my benefit. Definitely would use again (but hopefully I don't have to!!!)

She started out helping and I thought she was doing a good job until she delayed things and was acting like she was working for my spouse and not me. Then I found out, she was making deals with my spouses council with out my permission. In the end, I got another lawyer. She charged me also for things I did not agree on as well.

The only person giving this lawyer 4's and 5's is her staff.This lawyer is unethical and a liar. She has no children so how does she know what the best interest of a child is? She doesn't. Se just cares about money and pushing your case until you are financially dry.

My friend is using Mimi. It has been a very long drawn out process. She can't reach her, paperwork is not being filed, what should have been a simple matter months ago has been going no where and has made matters worse! I would strongly suggest going elsewhere!

This lawyer is LAZY! She is inept when it comes to filing paperwork and works for money versus ethics. It takes her months to respond if she does at all. RUN! It has taken us over a month for a reply to an email... dragging out unecessaey processes.

Very difficult to deal with and does not listen. She has no concept to the law and how to apply it. Lots of spelling errors in document preparation, files late, difficult to get a hold of, does not respond in time and results are not based on expectations she makes. Results are very different then the expectations she makes. Your money can be used on a better lawyer.

This lawyer does not communicate. Leave everything until the last minute. The owner of the law firm has changed office locations and names on a consistent basis.
