Last week I spoke with Jeff Zeelander who had no history with me or with my case. He took some time to listen to my concerns about my OWCP claim. He hung in there with me in some strenuous conversation to help me get a better understanding of my situation and my options. To have an attorney answer a phone directly and give me their time and help me sort out where I stand in my situation is a rare courtesy. From my 29 year experience dealing with OWCP as a DOD worker I can tell you that Jeff is truthful. Hard truth is rarely comfortable for the recipient nor the giver. Yet Jeff seems to put other people's concerns ahead of his comfort by telling them any pertinent hard truths about their case. I know from past experience that attorneys that represent OWCP claimants are a special kind of people. The ones I have known are very hardworking, caring and self sacrificing people that will exhaust themselves for others. Jeff is one.

Just spoke this this individual. Extremely unprofessional. I was trying to get some guidance if I needed to hire an attorney to represent my case for Federal OWCP. While i was explaining to him what was going on he kept interrupting me and would not allow me to finish a sentence. The one time I tried to finish my sentence he interrupts me again by yelling excuse me, excuse me! Became extremely rude qoupdnt let me talk. When I asked if I was okay to talk now he started to have a huge attitude towards me and wouldn't let me finish. He did not seem very knowledgaleable in regards to the process. It seems like he was reading straight off of google. It's sad that I know more about the process than he does and he is supposed to be a lawyer.

He has been my OWCP lawyer for many years, and yes, he does fly off the handle occasionally, but he knows his stuff - he gives good advice and gets the results I need! I will continue to use him.

Very unethical and unprofessional yelled and cursed at me and dropped me as a client for interrupting his sentence. Very unstable
