It is shocking that Anna Towlson's licence has not been revoked as she was fighting aggressively for a child to be released to a severe child abuser whose access to the children was ordered by the court to be highly supervised and then denied for good by the Supervised Access Place. She did it so she would have handshake agreement with the judge, all at the cost of the innocent child. Anna will stop at nothing to win the case and get money even though she does not respond to emails and lies that she was not contacted regarding the issue for which she was contacted three times within one week. Her own client testified that the child had problems with transitions due to Anna Towlson not notifying her about most of the visits that were arranged through A.T. All lawyers who had to deal with her complained about Towlson not returning their emails, or were filing motions to the court because of her ignorance of opponent lawyer's emails. She has twice made errors in how the terms should be written causing confusion with the CRA. She deals with unnecessary things causing delays. Often escalates with the other lawyers so causing me to incur far more in legal fees than i probably should have. She never files on time causing us lectures in courts from the judges. My matter has been with her for 2 years and we are nowhere near where conclusion. Stay away from Towlson. She's unnecessarily adversary.

She is very thoughtful and cares about the best interests of the case. She provides great experience and dedication. She is HONEST and Trustworthy, hard to find! I thoroughly recommend her for application and knowledge for any family legal issues!

Dedicated, honest hard working and had a great respect from judges in the courtroom. She always had my back. I went in wanting sole custody and my share of house equity and it finished with me getting exactly what I wanted. Thank you thank you Anna. She did not let me down and I would recommend her to anyone

Breaks the law and discriminates humans. Doesn't read emails and instructions, neglects clients and when you bring it up to them again they say it's too late to execute those instructions and that they should havr been done when first instructed. Absolutely ignorant of the fact that she is responsible for prejudice. Causes prejudice to parents in the family courts, discloses private and confidential information to the judges, makes abusive comments to parents, creates problems for the courts, families and for children. Creates unnecessary work with opposing lawyers to maximise revenue. Has no sympathy for children or their future. Should be bared from practising family law in Ontario.

Anna is an amazing lawyer. She previously as duty counsel got me access to my daughter when it wasn't taking place as a result of an error in the order that was going unnoticed by the courts for almost 6 months and has been recently successfully representing me at every stage of my court proceeding. She knows the game inside and out and most important of all, she knows what to say and when to say it and how to say it. I couldn't be any happier.

I am not impressed with how my situation was handled. Treated as if not important as other clients, pushed to the back burner often. Took waaaay longer to get my paperwork done than should or needed. Communications was non-existent unless I initiated first and even then was ignored at times. Had to chase her down often to keep things progressing. Will not be using her again and definitely not recommending.
