Alysia is a rock star! Best legal experience ever - Alysia and her staff were proactive, professional, timely, informative and extremely helpful to me and my ( now ex) husband in negotiating a amicable uncontested divorce that was a very last min time sensitive situation. Alysia and her team were very granular and detailed about all aspects and nuances involved - we are extremely grateful to Alysia and her team - I personally felt very protected and cared - I was extremely nervous and worried about getting caught up in a messy divorce, Alysia skillfully negotiated and helped both of us - I high recommend Alysia Baker and her office 100%

Aysia is more interested in your net worth.She will take your money and leave you hanging.poor communication, unanswered phone calls, lack of knowledge in financial planning, double billing and billing when she is not handling your case.She will request documenatations over and over again of files your provided several other times. My divorce took over 4 years ...I had to handle matters of my own. Be careful before your consider this said attorney to represent you and your loved ones. Ask to see your vacation/holiday schedule .. Good Luck

I came by way of this attorney because my girlfriend told me to use her ex- husband's attorney, Ms. Baker! My case was a bit different and required extra research,in which they never gave up! Ms. Baker and her staff handled my divorce effortlessly and thoroughly. They were always aware of my arduous case and the many complexities involved; they remained on top of all the delays and progress as well. Ms. Baker and her staff worked diligently and tirelessly on my case that lasted three years. MOST IMPORTANTLY, I could not have gotten through this emotionally or financially had it not been for these amazing people that are so dedicated. For me, it isn't over until my boys turn 21; I am so glad that I have Ms. Baker and her staff to help further guide me.

I couldn't have been more fortunate to have had Alysia lead me through my divorce process. Alicia Baker is an unprofessional, self-important, money grubbing sorry excuse for a lawyer with a poor work ethic. I had to force her to do her job on a regular basis and for the little bit she did, she was mediocre at best. Even when I would call her to find out when she was going to follow through(usually had to call repeatedly to get any response)she would charge me for those calls. When we would be in court waiting for our turn, Alicia would tell me details about other people's cases and I would cringe at her lack of ethics. I should have filed a complaint against her but had too much going on in my own life to spend extra energy on her. If you are choosing a lawyer, do not be fooled by her appearance or sweet talking rhetoric. Run screaming!

I also filed a complaint with the NYS Grievance Committee for the Ninth District and Ms. Baker was cautioned. All of the comments regarding her response time to important issues and staff apathy were similar to my experience.

Ms. Baker was recommended to me. I found her to be very professional and her knowledge of the law incredible. She personally followed through on every detail, phone call, fax and email. I was so happy with her and her team that I actually recommended her to 2 of my friends. Unfortunately, one friend chose to go with another attorney and she is so unhappy with her choice she actually went to Ms. Baker to clean up the mess. It is hard enough on your personal life when an attorney is needed, choosing a bad one only makes it worse. Go to Ms. Baker for a consultation and you will know the right choice. I did, and I could not have imagined a better outcome!

I found Alysia to be very competent and also very empathetic during my long sensitive and personal ordeal. I was impressed with not only how well she understood all aspects of my situation, but also how knowledgeable and tenacious she was in pursuing the best possible settlement for me. She was very patient in explaining things that I did not understand (on several occasions) and I always felt like I was the only client she had when we met. She is energetic, aggressive when necessary, and always professional. She came recommended to me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone else.

Stellar Attorney. Aggressively pursued what it was I as her client was looking for and produced results. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome of my divorce. She looked out for my best interests and explained everything in detail, never once felt manipulated into decisions on the advice of counsel nor was I overcharged for time spent. My outcome was better than expected and Alysia and her staff had everything to do with it.

Anyone that is unhappy with the level of service provided by Ms. Baker should file a formal complaint with the State of New York Grievance Committee for the Ninth Judicial District in White Plains, New York. This committee is dedicated to investigating complaints against attorneys in this area. I filed such a complaint against Ms. Baker and they found that she failed to provide competent representation and issued her a Letter of Caution. If more complaints are filed against her that are found to be valid she may have to endure harsher penalties, which may in turn improve her service or keep others from using her services.

Office which is shared w/ B. Lupinetti is totally incompetent. I received someone elses personal information and was miscommunicated with more than twice. Not sure who my lawyer was working for because it couldn't have been for me.
