I was introduced to Mr. Tollis through a referral. It was my first time seeking legal assistance and I went into the process carefully, as I didn't know what to expect. After speaking with Mr. Tollis, I quickly felt comfortable and at ease. He made it clear from the beginning that he treated every case with upmost importance and equality. NOV 2015 Mr Tollis had provided me with information and support that no other legal professionals had. He made sure that i knew my options and rights. He called me very often to make sure that i was constantly doing things for my case. He wont waste your time or his. A true professional and is not scared to tell you how it is even if you dont like it. He does not sugar coat things but he doesn't talk down to you either. I must say that everything he did for me was beneficial towards my case. As a Chartered Accountant, I recognize true value accomplishing tasks "right" the 1st time. Referring complex matters to Aldo Tollis, I experience total professionalism. Notably, as an uncle became hospitalized requiring urgent help for his estate/will, Mr.Tollis & lawyer Ms. Joyce Chan attended/guided uncle/aunt thru a stressful time. Mr. Tollis skillfully educated uncle to decide how/whom financial & health matters should be dealt w/ both & after his demise. Expertly, Mr. Tollis drafted Power of Attorney doc'mts. for health,pty. & wills protecting uncle & spouse f/ unwanted/meddling 3rd parties. Mr. Tollis gave real value by empowering uncle to freely exercise his integrity/dignity to plan. Fees were not inexpensive; & certainly worth necessary costs for delicate guidance thru gov't maze/created laws. Of course 3rd party rogues are always ready to 2nd guess my uncle & lawyer; & this is life. Reality, however, proves us thankful to Tollis/Chan for being straight-talking & attentative.

Compassionate,non-judgemental and committed, this lawyer educated me every step of the way to help me make informed decisions. It was a DIFFICULT time in my life and lawyer Aldo Tollis proved direct and always available to guide me through a very STRESSFUL criminal proceeding that could have ended badly with me serving jail time, if not for the hard work and persist efforts of my lawyer to negotiate with the Crown prosecutor on my behalf to recognize I need help with addiction issues rather than punishment for suffering mental health problems throughout a dark period in my life. I remain grateful to Mr. Tollis and wish him well.
