Represented a good friend in a simple battery case and took his money. This lawyer never returns phone calls, emails or voice mails. He had six months to prepare the case and the case was heard my friend end up taking a plea to 60 days in jail and 5 years probation. This person is a first offender he could of had his sentence reduce to no jail time and 6 months probation and seek anger management. He should no interest in this client and he paid him a good amount of money to work out a deal like that.
