Mr. Mcfee filled me with confidence that he would fight for me during our first consultation. Upon paying a substantial amount of money in FULL prior to going to court I felt betrayed by his new attitude towards my case. I was out of state and extremely nervous about the situation. Charges were brought against me that stemmed from being picked up and searched for a crime I was not even charged with once I arrived at the police station and cleared of any involvement by an eye witness. Mr. Mcfee worked out a "deal" for me instead of fighting for my rights and innocence or believing in me. When I declined his "deal" his attitude became almost hostile and I felt verbally backed into a corner to take a plea or be sentenced to possibly thirty years! I was naive then and looking back I wish I had believed in myself and my rights instead of a lawyer I paid to do so.
