Worst experience of my life... Absolutely terrible communication skills with 90% of his staff and him. Files were filled away in basement for over a year on an estate matter. Nothing was even stated... 2 1/2 years later and STILL waiting for closure!! DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING!!

Friendly and good once you connect but slower than a turtle when it comes to communication. Office staff needs constant reminders. Never again.

We used Mark Graham for our recent home purchase and were thrilled with the process. We contacted 5 offices looking for a quote. His staff took the time to not only offer us a great price but patiently answered all our questions (it was out very first home!). Going into it we felt a little overwhelmed but Mark and his staff made us feel well taken care of. Mark Graham was an excellent choice for us and we would strongly recommend him for all our friends and family.

Terrible communicator. Frustrating because he ignores you. Vague when he does; not reliable. When you ask his staff because you don't get an response from him, they assume he got back to you and apologize but then its too late. Inefficient except when it comes to the charges.

terrible. Cannot recommend him; he seems to be away from the office more than he's there; his staff seem inexperienced, or maybe just stressed from trying to cover for him when he's away...again.

Very disappointing. Met him at Income Property Seminar and thought that was a good recommendation. I would not recommend him at all. Communication is terrible.
