Being a Paralegal in a different field of law, I was very hesitant and picky about a Criminal Attorney when the need came. With Gershfeld's background and knowledge, from our first encounter, my mind settled. Nothing else mattered, I knew, we were in good hands. He followed EVERY word through, every deadline met, every document obtained in the shortest time I have ever imagined. Communication at its best and easiest levels. This case involved a DWI with a TLC license. Car was taken into custody by NYPD. With Arthur's knowledge and capabilities, car was returned in THREE DAYS, considering that Arthur took care of all paperwork within the speed of light. TLC License was returned, DMV License was not suspended. THE BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOME I COULD HAVE IMAGINED. ALL THANKS TO ONE MAN WITH A GENIUS BRAIN ! Definitely recommended and am forever grateful.

If you are searching for the very best, you've found him. I seem to be a magnet for trouble, it's always been that way. But no matter what trouble I am into, what charges I'm facing or how many times it occurs, Arthur Gershfeld always provides the best possible outcome. I've used Arthur's services more times than I can count. And every time he manages to surprise me with how smart, effective, professional and knowledgeable he is. On top of that, he is just an all-around great person. He will go above and beyond to make sure that you will have the best possible outcome. Meaning: Reducing or eliminating all the charges, making sure you will have no convictions, no probations, no criminal record, and obviously no jail time. So if you are anything like me, and occasionally get in trouble, store his number in your phone because he is your Ace in the hole. And when you receive your one phone call, make sure that it's him you are calling, as this man will save your life over and over again.

Got pulled over for DWI, previously clean record. Mr. Gershfeld got me released from central booking almost immediately. All the options were clearly explained to me during our subsequent meeting. He walked me through all the steps that had to be taken before the court date. He was able to reach a deal w/persecution at my first court appearance. The damage to my record was minimal possible, under the given circumstance. Also, he made sure that I am able to keep my conditional license throughout the entire ordeal. His services are not cheap, but the price is very much justified. Highly recommend.

Mr. Gershfeld was recommended to me by a family friend, for a case involving my underage brother and bringing a weapon to school. Needless to say, my brother was in a lot of trouble with school, as well as the police. Arthur handled the case expertly. I do not know the concrete details of what he did, but most importantly he got my brother out of trouble within a couple of days, potentially saving his future. I would highly recommend this attorney, regardless of what kind of trouble you are in.

Arthur is a former prosecutor, and an experienced trial lawyer, who only tries criminal cases. He has a strong record of defeating the prosecution's case in court. For those of you who need an analogy in terms of legal skills - Arthur is to most licensed lawyers is what a Top Gun pilot is to most guys licensed to fly a Cessna. Sure, there all licensed "lawyers", but only a chosen few are able to consistently shoot down the prosecution's case before they know what happened, and Arthur is one of them. He charges a flat fee for pre - trial defense, and even though its not cheap - you get what you pay for. Once you are a client, he is very easy to get in touch with, returns calls and texts the same day, often within minutes. About me - I was attacked by a crazy drugged up female, who threw a cup of boiling water at me and then called the cops and told them that I was the aggressor because she had a (self made) bruise - claimed aggravated assault. Arthur had my case dismissed in pre-trial.

Most of the attorneys I’ve met in my life were inexperienced, sleazy, and just outright garbage. They all knew how to talk fancy, were masters of double talk, and promised miracles you’d only read about in the bible. You can say I’ve had a pretty mediocre legal experience before I met Arthur Gershfeld. When I met him he appeared very professional. He held his own ground and didn’t look like the kind of person you can low ball. He never pressured me into hiring him. Arthur Gershfeld did everything that was in his control. He stayed on top of everything. He was very responsive if you called or texted him. Arthur Gershfeld is less about talk, and more about getting things done. He may seem expensive, but good things cost money. His one time retainer fee meant I didn’t have to worry about any sudden expenses. In the end Arthur Gershfeld did his job and both of my cases were dismissed. This guy earned my approval and I would definitely recommend him to be your attorney.

Arthur Gershfeld scammed me and my family for $3,000 and then asked for an additional $3,000. Arthur prays on immigrants and the most vulnerable people. He threatens everyone with jail time that he greatly exaggerates to justify his exorbitant legal fees. He uses scare tactics on all of his clients. Needless to say, I hired another attorney who dismissed the case altogether. Scam artist! Stay Away!

I would definitely recommend Arthur Gershfield. Solved my problems, quickly and efficiently. He knew what to do in my particular situation. Always responds to phone calls and messages right away. Came to the precinct and didn’t leave until everything was resolved, calmed my nervous wife. Very professional, and just a nice person in general.

Arthur Gershfeld was there for me when I needed help the most. Facing a DWI I wasn't sure where to turn to. Arthur gave me a price and it was worth every penny. Everything was exactly as agreed upon. Arthur Gershfeld is a fantastic lawyer. Other lawyers will promise you that they will win, but in the courtroom they will lose the case. Arthur Gershfeld doesn't make false promises -he doesn't give you a guarantee that he will win the case. However, he will win the case, no matter how difficult the case is, even if you didn't think that winning the case was possible. He was born to be a lawyer.

Did his job, but charged twice more than agreed over the phone,couldn't replace him since he proposed "new" price which is doubled in court. When later talked to my friends found out that he does it to all his clients - won't recommend ever this guy to anyone.
