This lawyer has been handling my great uncle’s estate. My great uncle died over three years ago and this lawyer has still not closed the file. He has not given any of the relatives any information and is treating the estate like its his own. I’m sure he is billing the estate monthly and I’m sure he is happy to use the COVID excuse for cover. It’s a shame that lawyers can play games in Ontario. I would advise anyone looking for a good lawyer to avoid this one. We haven’t even been told if family possessions have been liquidated. What a loser.

Richard has been our lawyer for many years. He is very knowledgeable, a true professional and very thorough. Best of all he is easy to deal with. He always finds a way for his clients.

I've had bad experiences with lawyers but Richard is amazing. His work efficiency is like no other and consequently his bill is very reasonable. Not a letter goes out without the client first receiving a draft copy for approval. He doesn't waste your time (and money) being a "chatty Kathy" during meetings. He's pleasant but it is business. He prepared me well for the deposition hearing. I would describe him as humble which is not a common attribute of lawyers. As another post said, don't waste your time and money with any other law firm in Hamilton. I wish I had known of him earlier.

If I was going to trust anyone any Legal dealings , it would be this laywer. He gets results. Fair , and well worth it. I've dealt with other lawyers in the Hamilton area, and I find them dishonest. Don't waste your time with other lawyers- use Thsi lawyer, and The Wellenreiters - good quality legal service with results.
