In my opinion Todd Prevett is deeply unethical, profoundly incompetent or both. He does not seem to understand what evidence is. His orders contain directly false statements and circular logic. Todd Prevett already has an ethical complaint against him file BY ANOTHER JUDGE. Somehow Todd expects anyone to believe that at 2+ years in he doesn’t know that using his judgeship to “Do you know who I am!?” Someone to get his way is unethical? He shouldn’t have ever sat down at the bench if that’s his capacity. And worse, he took no accountability whatsoever. Todd Prevett is an embarrassment to this community. Make noise about it. Lots of noise. File complaints, write your representatives, get this loser off that bench.

I went to Court for a Landlord Case and Brought all the Necessary Proof to Win the Case and this Milford, NH Judge Violate My rights of Speak and to Show all My Proof for this Case and he Granted the Case to the Plaintiff, Law is for All

Todd required an extension on his report. He contacted all of one parties' references and only one on the other side. His report had information that was inaccurate. He was unprofessional. His decision was made before he met with us. He disregarded a previous ruling from a higher court. I would not recommend him.

Corrupt & unethical.. Todd Prevett was informed that my minor child was not to be questioned w/o my presence. He initiated a telephone conversation with him against my permission and shook my sons hand while looking me in the face "Hi I'm attorney Prevett, we spoke on the phone".
