uhh probably the worst decisions i've made in quite a awhile. Didn't have private insurance to bill for, so the medical treatments they paid out of pocket were very poor. Please read your lawyer reviews and if they send you to a doctor with holes in the walls your probably getting bad treatment and wille feel the pain for the rest of your life.

we never did see this jerk, his entire office is nothing but a big joke,he never ask what we wanted to settle for he just did it hime self, they split our case up said we would get a bigger settlement this way, sure they lined there pockets and we got chump cange, if I could sue him we would but no other lawyer will even think of suing one of there on, where is there a good lawyer when you need one it sure is not this so called lawyer what a big joke, stay clear of this one

They refused to answer or return my calls for weeks then settled for a lowball offer that doesn’t even cover the car totaled by the at fault driver so now I’m stuck with no car and no job because it’s been seven months since the accident and they’ve literally done nothing.

My daughter was in a car accident had her contact MC immediately. They talked a great game initially and came to the house. After that, NOTHING! We continued to contact them so they could contact the insurance company (of the at fault driver) so she could get a rental car. After a week, we contacted the insurance company on our own to find that the insurance company had been waiting for us to contact them. MC representatives had done absolutely NOTHING and hadn't even advised the insurance company anything regarding. Stay away, stay away, stay away!

I can never get anyone on the phone and when I do it's someone in a different building, different city who doesnt have a clue about anything. She says all she can do is take a message, well I've left about 15 messages over the course of 2 months and have yet to receive a call back. My advice: dont use Mike Hostillo

So, I hired Hostilo because I heard this rapper guy (Mike Hostilo commercial) on the radio speaking highly of him so I gave him a try . When the other attorney heard his name they met my needs !!! Thanks Mike & the RapperGuy.. lol

My teenage daughter was involved in a car accident in March 2013. We still have not received compensation & medical bills are still not paid!! We were told a year later that
it had to go to probate court for approval to write the check to me because she is a minor. We were told that it had been submitted & we would have an answer in approximately eight weeks. Twelve weeks later we were told that it had not been submitted yet. When I stated that we were told it had been submitted,she said she never told us that.She actually told me, my daughter,& my father that, as did another person in their office. When I made several requests to speak with Mike himself it still hasn't happened. Almost2 years later NO compensation!! So, I have gone to the GA Bar Association and the Better Business Bureau. WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS FROM HERE!!! They have two weeks to get this fixed!!!

Do yourself a favor and listen to Nikki run away from mike hostilo they lied the entire year they lied to make me Seattle when I saiid no to settling my case they lied to make me once they got there almost 6000 I never heard from them my advice find a local lawyer mike office can't handle these insurance company ex.how was i hit from behind in a 2007 altima while at a stop totalling my car I hit the car ahead of me w slight to no damage I get 15500 they get 34,500 my meds were 15,500 u do the math there lawyer kicked dust while mike office ate the dust lol .don't let mike office leave u broke while they drive benz .........

i hired mike hostilo november of 2013 to take over my case because my husbands friend recommended him to me. i regret it everyday. since day one, i had to be the one to see what was going on in my case. if i had any questions, it tool them more then two weeks to get back to me with a answer. i told the yound lady who was handling my case that i lost my job around july 2014, and it just seemed like everything just got worst. eventually i just settled cause i was tired of playing cat and mouse with these people. they settled with me with a bogus amount for my injures i had but i just let it go because i wanted to hurry up and get the tprocess done and over with. they told me that it would take 2 to 3 weeks until i get a phone call about my check....IM STILL WAITING ON MY CHECK AND IT HAS BEEN 5 WEEKS. my bills are backed up, im about to be evicted of my home, my car is about to get repo, and when i call to explain that to them all they say is oh someone will call you. they still dont kn

I hired mike as my attorney. The next week another attorney had my case . He past my information with out letting me know. Right now today I have no idea why ? Sad to say , I will never use him again .

After my accident I called him, they send me to the doctor, Gived me therapy only on my neck, DID NOT CHECK MY BACK, settle before I even sign my consent sign, I let them know my back was hurt and I had to choose a other doctor since the one they send me to was charging a ridiculous amount and it was away from home, long story short, they did not cared my back still hurt every day in pain, my new doctor say There is a big chance that I be heading to back surgery, I am still on therapy it's been 10 mo since the accident, since I did not accepted the $1,000+ dollar check they placed on a trust found account and closed my case, told me I can't do nothing abouth it because they settle, I explained to them that I did not signed anything and did not agree with they charges but that did not helped, they sold me to the insurance company....I have a good management job but most likely I will loose it if I go to surgery, they may just replace me, please don't use this lawyer, they don't care.

Made me responsible to pay my own medical bills from settlement. They seemed to be only concerned with getting their money. I could have represented myself considering they didn't do much at all. They charge you for everything and have shady billing procedures. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
