This lawyer retired while still having pending auto injury case with our office. The Law office he worked at stated that he took all the files with him and he was an independent practicing lawyer at that address. They gave us his cell phone, we have left messages for the past year to both Attorney and patient to no avail. He should have settled and paid all bills before retirement on all accounts he signed an A&A on or transfer the cases to another Attorney
