Derrick Spatorico was recommended to me by my real estate attorney who did not do any litigation. Derrick responded promptly to my emails and offered a dates to meet face to face. He listened to my narrative and quickly assured me about my legal options for resolution. I have confidence in his knowledge of the law. I am highly satisfied with his representation and counsel.

Derrick was extremely rude on more than one occasion. Once he received the money for the closing of our home he didn't care to assist in a 3000 dollar mistake made. He simply said good luck and hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. I would hate to see people make the same mistake by hiring him.

I am a Real Estate Agent and also a Real Estate Investor. I have used Derrick Spatorico personally and have recommended him to many clients. Everyone I recommended him to has been happy with his legal services and professional demeanor, as have I.

He is one of the worst attorneys, with no legal ethics or integrity. He wrote up a document and then when it was time for me to sign the final, he told me I didn't need to read it again. I did anyway and found changes that would favor him. Rude, Arrogant, unprofessional. I don't know how he is allowed to practice law.

Derrick saved my home purchase! He isn't status to fight for you, which is what you want in an attorney. I paid about $200 more than average, but the average attorney wouldn't have been able to do what he did. He answers emails on the weekend, he'll respond to texts after hours - that is piece of mind that is worth every penny!

He is incredibly arrogant and rude. He waited until the last minute to send documents to HUD, from whom I was buying a home. Their deadline specifically stated no LATER than 48 hours PRIOR to the deadline, he waited. He didn't contact me, I had to contact him, and he was brusqued and condescending. He was also incredibly rude to the realtor I was working with, very hostile and belligerent. He always seemd like he was ready to attack someone for no reason. Aside from all this, I was way overcharged for his meager services, $1500 for what should have been a charge of about $400. There was also an "add on" fee in my closing costs of $375. When I questioned it, he wrote me refund check, but that was in addition to the outrageous $1500 fee, which I still had to pay. I WOULD NOT recommend him. Someone recommended him to me as knowledgable about HUD homes,but after I complained about the attorney, this person said they never again recommend him, and apologized to me.
