I feel compelled to let people know how impressed and satisfied I was with the representation that my attorney, Christine Dalena, provided when she prepared my will and the supporting paper work that went with our estate planning. My family has also used Christine and her firm to represent us in our real estate transactions.. She was extremely knowledgeable and aggressive in her representation. Through her excellent negotiation skills she was able to obtain a very favorable result for me while keeping my cost to a minimum. There were many occasions when she could have charged me for services but did not do so. In addition to providing me excellent legal representation she was also knowledgeable our family needs. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a divorce attorney as well.

After reading the negative comments about christine - i am disgusted. i went to four other divorce attorneys before retaining christine. the other attorneys wanted to see my bank statements and then their retainers went up. i was never given false hope about the amount i may receive in my divorce. She ALWAYS returned my calls or picked up the phone if she was in. She fought hard for me and new EVERYTHING about my case at all times and was always on top of it. she fought so hard for me and got a GREAT outcome. She is VERY organized and NOT AT ALL over charging. Go get a consult from other attorneys and then you will see she is more then reasonable with her fees. I would HIGHLY recommend her. Sometimes, no matter what facts you have and as much as your attorney fights - if it goes to trial - it depends on the mood of the judge and what side of the bed he/she woke up on. Again, Christine is very efficient,motivated,aggressive and if you need a great divorce attorney, shes the one

Christina Dalena is a very competant and detail driven attorney. I have received an excellent settlement and alimony allotment for the rest of my life because of her experience and diligence. She does not come cheaply because she covers all aspects that are relevent. If someone wants a low cost lawyer they should go to a novice and "get what they paid for."

I am shocked to read bad reviews for Christine Dalena. Christine is far and away the best attorney I have EVER dealt with. I entrusted her with handling my divorce case and have referred at least 5 people to her - three of whom are close family members. Christine guided me both legally and personally and created a safe environment where I felt safe. She recognized the complexity of the relationship I was in and fought hard to get me a good outcome. She went above and beyond what I expected. Her fees were in line with the excellent service she provides. It is hard to put a price tag on tenacity and compassion. If you are seeking excellent legal advice and an understanding and compassionate attorney,I wholeheartedly recommend her; she helped me get back on my feet and on with my life. KT

Christine Dalena is an excellent Divorce attorney. She is a very knowledgeable, professional, and fair attorney. When I went through my divorce she fought very hard for me and won me a faverable decision. She was always available for advise and as far as her fees they were more than reasonable and was well deserved. I have been divorced for five years now and I always recommend her to anyone seeking a great divorce attorney. "DEFINATELY USE HER"!!! MC

Ms. Dalena did an oustanding job represnting me in my divotce proceedings. She was direct and to the point. Ms. Dalena responded to all of my phone calls in a timely manner, and kept me abreast of the status of my motions. She was honest, and forthright in what could happen when a motion went before the judge.While you may be able to hire less expensive attorneys, I believe the adage, you get what you pay for is especially true when seeking legal counsel. I have recommended her to my therapist, who in turn has recommended her to otehr potential clients. As we all find out during a divorce, there are two entities at work- legal and emotional. A good therapist helps you through the emotional trauma and a good attorney assures you get a fair settlement. In a divorce no one wins, but at least you know you will get a fair settlement when you retain Ms. Dalena.

It's not often that I take the time out of my busy day to write a recommendation about someone who I had come in contact with. Christine has been very helpful and extremely competent. She has been a dedicated member of the Board of the Madison Housing Authority and has provided her legal expertise and talents when necessary. We have never had any reason to question her abilities, dedication, competence or ethics in the many years we have worked closely with her.

I had an absolutely awful experience with Christine Dalena. It was so bad that I actually wondered if this woman was on drugs. She is completely incompetent. The only tenacity I saw is when she comes after you with her bill after doing nothing for you. As far as her knowledge, she seems to know so little about family law. I couldn't figure out if she really didn't know things or thought that I wouldn't know, so she could elongate the process and charge me more. Either way it is very, very bad for the client. I believe she is a very dishonest woman and shoul not be allowed to practice law.

The first review does not surprise me. My cousin is on the Madison Housing Authority with her and said she is just awful. He said that nobody there can stand her, but she is too full of herself to realize how much she is disliked. He can only imagine how terrible she is as a lawyer because she is only out for herself.

Christine Dalena is an attorney to definitely stay away from. She will run up your bill so high in the blink of an eye and get you nothing for it. Her lack of knowledge of common issues is astounding which is shocking since she brags that she has been practicing law for almost twenty years. The bottom line is that she will put your case on the backburner and run up your bill. She is constantly unavailable, her work is slovenly and she will completely botch up an easy case, costing you thousands. Her arrogance is unreal and she is completely incompetent. Save your money and additional stress when retaining an attorney----DON'T USE HER!!
