A terrible experience overall. delays, delays, delays with NO COMMUNICATION. Terrible, unprofessional office staff and Mr. LaVita seems to be a ghost. His Paralegal runs the whole show and although friendly, completely overwhelmed. It takes literally WEEKS to get any kind of acknowledgement let alone response to repeated voicemails and emails. RUN, DON'T WALK

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER! Our company paid Mr. LaVita $365 to file a Mechanic's Lien for unpaid services we provided. Mr. LaVita cashed the check and never provided the service we paid for. After telephoning him over 5 times and twice being promised a refund, he still has not remitted us the refund for services he never provided. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER, HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH WHAT YOU PAID FOR!Y AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!
