They advocated for us and were attentive to all of our concerns and questions during the entire legal process. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a personal injury lawyer. RID: 261036
Click to report rating    1/29/21 Please stay away from this lawyer. He did not deliver results and left me after the lawsuit with nothing once debts were paid . It has been a nightmare beyond belief and he was the one representing me . Please heed my advice, as I was his client for 5 years because of a motor vehicle accident where I was hit from behind by a distracted driver who left the scene...and now have to suffer in poverty and on disability because he not only failed but did not even care that he did! Deplorable . I am not a shrinking violet who will not speak up about this injustice . RID: 226720
Click to report rating    4/23/20 This law firm is authorized by their regulatory body and the justice system to misrepresent themselves verbally while manipulating prospective clients into signing contracts which are written exclusively for the law firm’s economic gain. The result — endless suffering through delay upon delay — and no assistance for injured victims because the lawyers fail to ensure Accident Benefits are paid and fail to ensure that victims are funded for chronic care, leaving the family with the long term burden. Based on very painful experience with this industry my advice is to never ever sign a contract with this personal injury law firm or for that matter any of the personal injury law firms in Ontario until the provincial government updates the laws to Ensure that vulnerable victims and their families get the help they need When They Need It. Lobby the government to end no fault insurance, an Ontario experiment that everyone agrees is long overdue to be replaced by a system that works. RID: 221092
Click to report rating    6/24/17 I used this law firm and Charles Gluckstien's farther threatened my doctor that he will never work again St Micheal's Hospital- This firm is in complete Breach of Trust, fraud and conflict of Interest. Be warned the Brian Injury Association was set up by this firm in order draw in clients- This firm then uses and influences the Board of Directors at St Micheal's Hospital. The Lawyer that handled my case should never be practicing Law. The Law Society engaged in un ethical means to cover up this shameful incident. I rated this firm because of what they did to cover up medical Malpractice and criminal behavior by 2 Mt Sinai doctors. What this group did to my family will be exposed and brought to justice.
