Harley took on my legal aid case in a heartbeat after no one else would. He barely got paid but showed he cared. He was straight to the point and emailed back quickly. He fought for me for 2 years, half a dozen case conferences and my ex husband who was self representing himself (not to mention difficult). He was professional yet easy to talk to. I was very pleased with the outcome. Definitely would take him on again even if I paid his full legal costs.

Excellent Attorney. I've been Harley's client for almost a year now and he is attentive and professional. I'm assuming the poor ratings and messages are from clients that had unrealistic expectations from their individual cases. If you are looking for a professional, NON-HAND HOLDING attorney that doesn't bill you for unnecessary chatter, you couldn't do better than Harley.

Harley Greenberg won my case. He’s efficient and got the details right from the get-go. I personally did not want or require a lot of hand-holding. I knew what I wanted, clearly communicated that and Harley got the job done with the least amount of hassle possible. I know some people want their lawyer to be at their beck-and-call 24/7. You are welcome to pay for that (and possibly go bankrupt in the process). But if you’re looking for a no-nonsense, practical lawyer and you are capable of telling him exactly what you want, Harley Greenberg is your man. Next divorce? I’ll call Harley.

He should not be practicing law. He was useless during my custody battle. Constantly discrediting my case, always unprepared for our case conferences, left me to defend my self during my court appearances, always late in responding to my emails & caused me a great deal of stress. I ended up replacing him with another lawyer & very thankful I did so. I won my case with my new lawyer & for the first time during my custody battle l felt confident & supported!!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!!

Had him as my final lawyer in a gambling divorce case. Initially very effective when it came down to informing me amd progressing the case but id require a retainer which he used up by having me come in every 2-3 days to "talk about the case". In the end after offering me a glimmer of hope that the law would prevail he bailed on me and sided with the Ex's lawyer on every point!! Left me to chose between spending $20.000-$30.000 going to court or accepting the Ex's lawyers proposals. Left me feeling that he didn't believe anything I saidand with no settlement according to what I was entitled to in the law.

This lawyer is a disgrace to the legal profession. He filed papers incorrectly, his advice to action was erroneous, no follow through and did not return calls (an indication of poor communication skills, poor manners and inconsideration of others).

After 8 months and thousands of dollars later to deal with a fairly simple separation I am no further ahead now then when I started. I bascically had to do all the work, his secrety wrote it up and Harley signed off on it.... What a joke!!

There does not appear to be any follow through and much meeded commitement on behalf of at least one aboriginal woman who is a single mother of four children who is hoping for some much needed maintenance from childrens father who has not been served yet after a year. Is court petition stale dated now?

Stay away from this guy I might as well have walked into court myself! It took me 9 hrs to re write my affidavit times places names and dates were all backwards! It cost me a fortune and get this before we walk into the courtroom he has the audacity to tell me he doesn't care what happens to me or my child he is just there to tell me when and when I cannot talk!! No word of a lie worst lawyer ever!

Unlike most people reviewing Harley i was satisfied. He didn't waste my time filling my head full of useless expectations, he told me how the real world works and cut through all of the bs. Sure he isn't the friendliest guy around but i don't need friends i need a lawyer. His sense of humor was good too. In case conferences he was an absolute pitbull, just threw out everything the other lawyer even attempted. He even said "we are done wasting my clients time and money with this discussion, when you have a serious offer give me a call". Is he going to hold your hand and cry with you? no but he will do a good job and keep it honest

He may be a smart man but he has no people skills. He was also disorganized and didn't listen to what my concerns were. Not a good family lawyer by any means! I am not happy with the outcome of my case as I do not feel he was there for me!

The mother of my child who abducted the three year old daughter we had together and moved 745 miles away back in 2003. the first words out of the woman lawyers mouth that was appointed to my case in Lethbridge was "What do you want? you haven't seen or payed for her in years!" without telling me she stepped down the morning of the court date. The mother of my child and I stepped in front of the male judge and within seconds the judge looked at her then at me and asked me " What do you want" in a little snotty voice. I started to speak and the judge cut me off by shouting "You Want, You Want, You Want!" then instant slam of the gavel. Never saw my Daughter. shortly after returning to Winnipeg my daughter's mother had me in FEDERAL Court trying to take all my money. After court there was only harley and I in the hall. He Looked me in the eyes & said "Do you have fetal alcohol syndrome!?! you go out there(Lethbridge)she might let you see her she might not! give it up, let it go........

My brother wasted months and $$ with this lawyer. He is lazy and only cares about the money. He has no concern or care for his clients. He was always unprepared for cases and in one instence did not fill out and file paper work properly. My brother got a new lawyer and what a difference! I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone going through a family/custody case.

very unprepared, wasted 7 months and lots of money. End result nothing was accomplished, had to switch lawyers. Steer clear of this law firm!
