I would personally,speaking from my experience with Mike not recommend this guy. Especially for follow-through on Last Will and Testament of deceased. He was given a great deal off trust. He failed to honor the Last Wishes in a legal document called a Will.

I had a horrible experience with Mike Gallaher. We hired him to help settle a custody despute between my husand and his ex-wife.
I came with my husband and our 17 month old son to meet Mike, and introduce him to our son. After waiting almost 10 minutes for him to acknowledge us, he scolded my husband for his "lack of completion on his "homework." Our son started crying so i suggested we make a plan of what we hope to accomplish during the meeting. He very rudly told me that "he runs the show" and i can take my screaming child out of his office. He then asked me if i thought his small one office law firm was a "playground." (I held my son the entire time, he wasn't running loose)
I told him that we were finished and he wasn't going to speak to me this way. We promptly left and he emailed my husband with his next "to-do" list that included NOT bringing me (his wife) to the next meeting.
My husband quickly emailed to let him know he was fired and we wanted our $7,500.00 deposit back

Opinion: Michael Gallagher is incompetent and lazy and even got in a pushing match with me in front of the judge.
I hired J Michael Gallagher to handle a child support reduction. Gallagher in my opinion only seemed to want to go through the motions with the least amount of work possible. I had evidence that my ex was wasting the child support money on a big addition to her house. At court when he did not introduce my evidence, I tried to do so myself. Gallagher literally pushed me aside in front of the judge, and we had a pushing match. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
I recommend you avoid this guy like the plague. He has numerous negative reviews on the Internet, so check those out also.

He was very rude to us. Spoke down to us. Would not let us explain, cut us short. We paid $100.00 for 1/2 hr of nothing. He is very expensive. Would never hire him
