I reached out to Me Simard by phone.Took all my info by phone and emails and wrote a letter to prosecutor. Told me not to worry called me on weekend and odd hours and within 10 days called me in late evening to tell me received an email from prosecutor and all charges dropped.He was VERY reasonable, compassionate and understanding. I must say I've never met such a lawyer before and he has changed my views on some lawyers. Will and do highly reccomend him as very loyal to his clients.A lawyer you can trust.

mr simard is very good and honnest as a lawyer. i recommend him for everybody!

Mr Simard had obtained a good rate of acquittal in cases of sexual assault. He listen very well to his client, and has a very good knowledge of sexual crimes law in Canada.
