	11/20/10	Best lawyer I have had in over 30 years. He is ethical, astute, professional, resourceful and an well-rounded knowledgeable individual. The very first meeting with him, gives you a comfort level that you know right away you are in good hands. Well seasoned lawyer. I am glad I do not have to worry about ever finding another lawyer, he is always my FIRST option.

	5/4/09	this is the worst lawyer in Vancouver - he ignores your telephone calls and emails and his real estate paralegal never gets back to you - they have no customer empathy and don't know anything about providing good service.
	4/23/09	this is the best lawyer in vancouver go to him with any comercial or real estate needs. he is hardworking and will get the job done.
