	3/31/25	I first met Rob as a practicing attorney and have since worked with him as a Mediator. His creativity, passion and drive remain. He is very effective, understanding the issues, people and finding ways to resolve the issues.

	4/21/17	We stumbled accross Robert through our insurance carrier and were immediately impressed with his ability. He has a lot of experience and is very wise providing smart advice. He's very un-attorney like in person placing you at ease but we've seen him in a room with attorneys and he holds his ground speaking their language and pushing hard as needed. We've recommended him to several colleagues who have shared the same experience.
	5/18/16	Very thorough and detail oriented. He also speaks plain English so you know what he means. No nonsense and quick.
	3/12/16	Very knowledgeable and patient with clients. He ensures you know the big picture placing client interests first. Aa good as they come.
	8/2/15	He never seems to stop. Works 7 days a week to get time sensitive issues handled. Creative, aggressive when necessary and pragmatic as needed. Very effective.
