When I first started looking for a lawyer I knew I needed a lawyer with a proven record of accomplishment and that was Sam. My experience with Sam was nothing short of outstanding.Sam was highly professional and very knowledgeable. He always went the extra mile to answer all my questions.My situation was very serious. I was facing 2 indictable charges against me. With all the hard work Sam did for me, he was able to get me an absolute discharge on all my charges. That was the best outcome I could have asked for.Thank you so much for everything Sam and great job. I would definitely recommend Sam Goldstein to anyone going through legal problems.

With my honest opinion sam is the best lawyer for any of you cases i had some serious charges and stress to deal with. When i retained sam i knew i was in safe hands i took his advice and if i had any questions i got the 100% answers i had serious charges aggravated assault,robbery,criminal negeligence and the crown was threatening me too add an extra charge DANGEROUS DRIVING but all my charges where throwin out THANKS TO SAM I GOT ALL MY CHARGES THROWN OUT after a long battle i am now free of these charges thanks to sam it was a long battle but we won ??

Sam won. He always picked up his phone right away or texted me when he would call me if he was busy. He always took his time with me and answered all questions. If you want someone to be upfront and honest with you and also have a greater chance of winning, hire Sam. Nothing but good things to say about him.

I can't express my gratitude in words for winning my case like a Champ, the day Sam accepted my case is the day I got hope, the way Sam interacts with his vast knowledge and experience ,you will be 100% confident that you are gonna win the case. People like Sam (to be frank any good lawyer like him) are the main reasons we still believe Justice can be delayed but not denied.

It is distressing to read the review below because the client's wife does not realize that I was successful at arguing that the Police did breach her husband's Charter rights but the Judge decided not exclude the gun at trial. It is also painful to read how confused she is because her husband received about 16 months much less than the 3-years the Crown sought. Moreover, at the sentencing hearing the Wife read from a prepared statement that detailed her husband's history. A dozen friends and family members attended and some provided reference letters all of which were given to the Cour and that had more impact than a PSR. Indeed, anyone who suggested that a pro forma pre-sentence report would have been preferable is simply wrong and/or ill-informed.I did tell her to trust me and I think I was correct in asking her to. I frequently spoke to the husband. I understand she wanted to be more involved but my professional obligations were to him, not her.

Sam did NOT provide adequate council. He did NOT communicate sufficiently, and when he did, he would say "I only have a few minutes". He consistently rushed me off of the phone and would ignore my questions. I sent him numerous emails and text messages to try to get my questions answered. He didnt respond. I was left in the dark the whole time. Sam did not care.
On the day of sentencing, his "background" information consisted of my name (which he mispronounced), my age, stated that I was a first time offender and have a child. He mentioned my 3 step-siblings to which the JUDGE HERSELF had to correct him that they are my half-siblings and mispronounced my wife's name. I asked him for a pre-sentence report 3 times, that goes into who I actually am. a probation officer would have interviewed me and my family and friends to get a full picture of who I am, my upbringing, my character. He told me that hed do a better job. Total joke. I found out too late that I should've had one. Too lat

Mr Goldstein is an amazing lawyer! He told me not to worry about a thing and to ‘live my life’ and that is exactly what I was able to do, knowing my case was safe in his hands. He is articulate and knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his clients well-being. All while being a true fighter in the courtroom! Mr. Goldstein outdid my greatest expectations. Walking into my legal troubles I felt lost and scared for my future. Sam thoroughly went through my case with me explaining; my situation with clear and realistic perspective. Taking the time to go through the fine details I didn’t quite understand. From the moment I met with Sam he was very very transparent and honest. He said to me " there is a light at the end of the tunnel" and he was so right. He provided myself with a sense of security while he handled my case. He not only was my lawyer but also became a friend. He would check in with me even when there was no update on the case and always made himself available to me even when it was just to provide me with words of encouragement. Sam will fight for you, he explains each step of the proceedings. We came out with the win that he anticipated and at no point did he ever back down while defending me. If you are looking for a lawyer who will fight for you, hear you and see you as a person Sam is the Lawyer.

Mr. Goldstein,I have wanted to write this review for so long now. It is so overdue.I have had the privilege of having Sam as the lawyer a few cases. The 1st thing that stuck me was his compassion.He immediately took my son's case and took the time out of his extremely busy schedule to explain how he could defend it.I was so impressed with the length of time he spent with us explaining in depth with no promised remuneration on my part. It was so appreciated because I was so distraught at the time.He quickly pointed to all possbl ways the prosecutor could argue the case and how he would defend it.I was very impressed!His genuine caring for teenagers can definately be felt.He gave my children the dignity and respect they deserved as clients by asking me leave the room when he would discuss their matters.He reinforced my values by hvg long heart 2 heart discussions w them.Charges were lessened because of his great skill and maneuvering the system.I would recommend him. He is excellent!

I'm not talking sweet. This man is powerful, he talk to you like a freiden, you can text him, he's honest. From the beginning to the end he didn't change... my cousin told me many good things about him and I didn't believe him because I don't believe anything my cousin says lol but when I met him finally we connected and I feel he cares about me... Sam Goldstein cares about his clients and he will fight for you like no other lawyer..

Mr. Goldstein is such an articulate and excellent lawyer. Everything he said in the courtroom, was fighting for the best interest for the client, he always tried to defend me after the judge or the other party mentioned something which might had bad impact on my side, and he never stopped asking penetrating questions when he is doing examination to the other party. He knows my case very well,as he is very proficient in law, therefore he can use the his professional knowledge to fight back. And he is always ready. The first few times, I saw his Email signature "Have trial. Will wear gloves.", I did not understand the meaning, but after the trial, I totally get what he meant. He is fighting for his client, with all his energy, to win the case. He is my life saver. God knows why did he sent Mr. Goldstein to me.I was suffering for so many years, and I got Mr. Goldstein in last min. The whole trial, he was like the center point, a super star. I did not know what can I say, but thank you!

Mr. Sam Goldstein is a great lawyer. I went for the consultation and he explained everything for me. He took the time and met with me even though it was a last minute call; he made an effort to meet with me late in the night. He took the time to explain all the concepts and never pressured me to hire him. After we hired him, he was there every time we needed him. He was never absent and never did he send someone else on his behalf. in my opinion, he is an extremely excellent lawyer exceeding all my expectations which was proven throughout the course of the trial.He answered all our calls regardless of neither the time nor how silly our inquiries were. We felt his support at every step of the way to the final day of court.I recommend Mr. Goldstein to everyone who needs an attorney. Having Mr. Goldstein as my attorney made a significant difference in my case and my experience in the justice system.

I don't know what these other guys are comnplaining about. He is a bit brainy so he comes off a bit cold but SH-T I couldn't believe it when my trial started. He blew everyone out of the water.

Most the loosers here complain because of the place they are in and want to blame the lawyer.Sam is fairly priced and does what he says. Not a big bunch of noise but a real good fight and all.
