Chris represented me in a federal case. If you have ever delt with the federal government it can be very scary. Chris seemed to always know what to do and be one step ahead. I was looking at at least 2 years in prison. After hiring the best attorney and listening to his advice I only got 3 months. Highly recommended to everyone!!!! Thanks Chris.

My Husband was in a VERY serious situation and needed EXCELLENT legal help. Chris Knox was actually referred time us by another VERY good attorney, because his case was Federal...OUR experience with Chris Knox has been AWESOME....He was very straight up AND honest from the start. Chris Knox was referred to us when our 15 year old son was wrongly accused of a felony. We were devastated and did not know what to do since it was our first experience dealing with law enforcement. We had to call him around 11PM at night to find out if he could represent our son, and the next morning he was meeting with us.
Our case lasted 5.5 months, and even though it was the most difficult time for our family, it was an absolute pleasure working with Chris. Mr. Knox was very helpful and informative and resolved my case very quickly. I would highly recommend him for any criminal matter. My case was old and I live out of state, Chris saved me a trip out there and was even able to get it dismissed. Chris Knox did a great job representing me. I was working for a company that was being investigated by the federal authorities and in-turn, I was also being investigated. Federal white-collar cases are very scary for the suspects and the defendants because they are so detailed and fact intensive. Chris was steadfast in his commitment to my case and was always a calming voice of reason. He is a blessing to any client he represents. He renewed my faith in the legal system.

To say I’m grateful for the work Chris Knox did would be an understatement. I’m a 30+ year old college graduate with a professional job who hadn’t seen trouble with the law until recently. I was a wreck due to the charge (state jail felony possession) to say the least.
Upon first visiting with Chris regarding the case it became very clear that he has a motor and gets after it for his clients. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and even more so the fact that he’ll set goals for a result higher than even you as the client! One should not pester his competent defense attorney however I will say that the times I had a concern and raised it via text (or call) he was very quick to respond.
When push came to shove, Chris was able to get a reduced charge. Granted I’m providing a review as a first time offender but, from what I can tell this guy is the consummate professional and will give you the best shot against the state. Highly recommend

Chris Knox and his family gave amazing representation for me. In a case where the DA was offering 15 then 10 years in prison,I was hoping for probation, Chris Knox got a NOT GUILTY verdict from 12 jurors with the amazing presentation of evidence and facts. I am so thankful for Chris Knox and what he was able and willing to do for me. He played a very important roll in helping secure my freedom and innocence. I know that no other lawyer could have done what he did for me. Extremely compassionate and very professional. Communicates well and straight forward. Chris Knox and his father, Bill Knox, are the worst attorneys I have ever worked with. I have over 15 years of legal experience working with attorneys in criminal law. He is also a bondsman, which is a conflict of interest in my opinion, because it is in his interest to extend your case for his personal financial gain. He has a practice of charging his clients a set fee per week ($100.00 in many cases), and he doesn't give his clients any information and delays the court dates to prolong these fees. When asked, he will reply that any overcharge will be reimbursed upon completion of the case. Does this sound like a professional? He is often not prepared and has little concern for his clients cases, except when it comes to billing and collecting cash from them. Mr. Knox is well known in the Dallas County Courthouse as having a dubious reputation by many people in the legal profession. I strongly urge anyone seeking legal help to look elsewhere if you want results and peace of mind.

Living in Florida and searching the internet for a lawyer to represent my boyfriend in Dallas Texas was not only a challenge but scary.
