Brought my situation to Mr Kenney and was informed it was a "slam dunk" case. But by the time the hearing rolled around, he'd forgetten our first meeting. In spite of the evidence I personally collected and diligently provided, he seemed to have no stomach for taking my Ex to trial. So much for "aggressive representation," right? I think one factor is lack of experience. On the other hand, when he was given the opportunity he didn't reveal his connections with a lawyer who'd confronted me in a bar and is friendly with my ex-wife. *Ideally* when this name came up (and the accompanying circumstances), he should've said, "I'm sorry. I cannot in good conscience take this case. I'll have my secretary make out a check as a refund." That never happened, so .. Ethics? Inexperience? Flip a coin.

He was affordable and shared office space with the late great Richard Lawrence, so I hired him, big mistake, did not want to fight in court, eventually toild me he was not going to fight my case(custody) any longer. WTF?? I pay him by the hour, do what you're hired to do. Would NOT recommend.

For my fair and equitable hearing he- #1) Submitted no exhibits (numerous), #2) Did not submit my expenses by law, #3) Did not allow me to speak at my hearing as requested verbally and in writing, #4) never provided me with any detailed billing #5)did not retun calls regularly, and fired himself in the end fired himself. I was told by other attorneys he's guilty of malpractice but getting someone to take the case in the legal environment is difficult.
